Hotel is kind of new, all furnitures and facilities are new. Very clean hotel and staff is always helpful and smiling. Breakfast is good and products are fresh. Don't except luxury brunches from a pretty and small hotel but all of the options are sufficient and enough to be full and to enjoy. They don't sell alcohol but you can buy and bring or order from market which is so close to hotel your alcohol and can drink in the upper garden at nights (I suggest that). They serve glasses, ice cubes upon your request. Hotel owner is a nice and talkative guy He always check the pulse of the customers and getting feedbacks. Reception is also so helpful they can communicate with you in 4 different languages which are Russian, English, Turkish and German. Housekeeping staff is very kind and they are doing good job. In every hotel you can find something if you put your negative glasses but ensure that even you put it you can find less there. We spent 1 week with my huge family and enjoyed there. Couples, friend groups and families can prefer that hotel.

The hotel itself is fine, good location, near the city center, you can walk or take dolmush, taxi..The beach is beautiful and clean, although it is narrow and not so much space, the problem is with sunbeds, if you want to reserve it, you have to place a towel early in the morning, 7am, otherwise you will not have a place. That was a bother for us, evethough we have a little child and woke up earlier, I can imagine how that was for younger people... When we first arrived they gave us a tiny room on the last floor, where it was scorching hot. I was like we are not staying here. So we had to pay extra 100e for a seaview room, which was nice and spaciouos, had a big balcony. Not very nice from them, we have never experienced that in any hotel, they usualy gave us even better and bigger room than we had payed for since we have a small child. Perfid way to make you pay more...The staff is so and so, some are nice some not so much, my opinion is they all have to try to be friendly in a 5* hotel, and learn some more English. The cleaning was superficial, just swipe the floor a bit and change towels, bedding maybe once, they never cleaned the countertops at the bathroom or a bit more the room, just up in front,once topped our fridge with water. We often had to wait long in afternoon for the room to be cleaned. The food was ok, there was plenty and good quality although it was pretty much the same every day. You will not be hungry. The tables could be cleaner, they just leave the same mat that someone used and place clean fork and knife. Coffee is appaling, they don't have a decent coffe machine like in caffes, so be prepared for that. Turkish coffee is ok, if you like to drink it. Coctails were nice. The lady who works with childrend at the kids club was super nice, thank you, our child had fun. I don't think we will be back, there is plenty other hotels in Turkey.

Elijah Hotel is on the outskirts of Kemer in a quiet neighbourhood. Forest walks start near the hotel. Walking to the beach takes about 10 minutes and to the town of Kemer, 15 to 20 minutes. There is free parking on the streets around the hotel. Elijah Hotel is signposted only when near the hotel. Food can be ordered in Elijah Hotel or it is a 10 to 15 minute walk to nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet has the usual for a Turkish breakfast and omelettes can be cooked to order. Staff were friendly and helpful. The booking on an international booking site had been processed correctly and payment noted. The reception seemed to double as a TV lounge on a rainy night, so it was a bit crowded. English spoken. The room was of reasonable size with adequate bedding, towels, heating and air conditioning . Room and ensuite shower room were clean. There was a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee. Multichannel TV and fridge. The corridor to the room is open to the outside and I assume there is a welcome breeze in summer but in winter there was a cold wind when walking to the room. The seasonal outside pool was closed in winter as expected. There is plenty of outdoor seating. Views to gardens, forests and distant mountains in most directions, but some rooms will look at nearby buildings. A budget friendly comfortable hotel.

Rooms were ok...spacious and pretty clean...though a few limescale marks in the shower were there for the duration. Food was ok but began to get very repetitive. Same salads that were for lunch was brought back out for dinner. Sometimes only option was the pasta...the little bread table is great , although guests cut their own bread from loafs...how many hands have been on that bread? Dips and spreads...ie hummus were nice, nothing really around the hotel in the way of bars or restaurants, so it was take it or leave it in the hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were great, but the biggest disappointment...bar closed at 11pm...which for a holiday resort is ridiculous! We ordered 2 cocktails at 10.30 and caused a major panic with bar staff...making phone calls to other bar to come tell them what to do, took nearly 30 mins to get the two cocktails...and 4 people to make them. Several people were coming back to hotel every night from walking and told sorry...bar closed...again ridiculous. Took a walk to the beach....grit and stones, packed in like sardines...never went there again..horrible. Hotel didn't cater to UK visitors ..mainly Russian. Entertainment poor apart from the once a week gala night. Would I come back again?....no....not if looking for good food and a decent choice of bars or restaurants outside the hotel.

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

We came to the hotel for 4 nights for the holiday. The size and facilities of the hotel are very nice, but my wife, who drank open beer on the first day, could not leave the room for 2 days and got sick. My son and I developed allergies because the pollen from the trees was not cleaned properly. We fixed it by warning the hotel, but our holiday was ruined. Thanks to us, it was good for many people. They did not serve open beer and the rooms and furniture were cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was very good, they were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice but some of the elevators were remote and not working so we had to walk a lot.

The hotel is not located on the beach, 7 minutes walk from the beach. The car runs to the beach. The area is green and cozy. 2 buildings. Please note that there are rooms without a balcony. The food is good, lots of choice. True fruit is not very. Neither watermelon nor melon was given in autumn. Ice cream is served during lunch and dinner. But in a restaurant with a large number of people - queues and it is difficult to find a free table. Towels are provided, there are plenty of sunbeds on the beach. There are few mattresses. There is a bar on the beach, from drinks - the choice is small, from food - nuggets, burgers, french fries. All. Good hotel, economy option. But Armas beach hotel of the same chain in Kemer for the same price is better.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea, though you have to walk past a cemetery. There are beautiful landscapes around the hotel. The food is good. The bar offers beer and wine. The barmaid gives you one glass in the evening, often in plastic cups. The staff is not very friendly. Internet is paid.

AAnzhellaHotel on the central street with shops, close to the beaches in the center of Kemer. Comfortable bed, clean bed linen. That's all I liked. Breakfast in the nearest very small cafe, the most modest set ever ordered. This is not a problem, as it is included in the room price. If the room was sold without breakfast, we wouldn't have taken it. And also: a very small room area, though for two, is very problematic to turn around for two people. And there is no door to the bathroom and toilet, ”this is for yourself” in a small room. You had to ask for a bottle of water, brought after the request. The room was not cleaned every day. If you do not turn on all the minus, you can book for a couple of days.

EE2380ZG_This is simply a great hotel. I'm still absolutely delighted with it. New, clean, modern, excellent service. To the point: - large clean rooms, large baths. The room has a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, kettle and dishes. Condo, plasma - everything is on the level. The beds are large, the bed linen is new, very nice design. - meals: only breakfast is included - Turkish breakfast is served on a huge plate. To eat it, you have to be very hungry))) But at lunch and dinner, the hotel veranda turns into a restaurant - the food is very tasty, everything is fresh, and some dishes are served like a holiday. If you want fresh fish, order it in advance. The waiters are as fast as they can. Arrive early for dinner to secure a seat - usually all seats are taken. - service: it's just super. They don't speak Russian, they speak English and Norwegian (the hotel is aimed at residents of Scandinavia). The hotel manager will solve any problem and any request in seconds. All the staff are friendly without being intrusive. You get the feeling that you are visiting good relatives))) The rooms are cleaned every day, the hotel is clean. For people with disabilities there is access to the veranda and an elevator. - territory: there is practically no territory, but there is a swimming pool and a small green area. The owners of the hotel built it themselves in 2019 - it’s just like candy. Overall, this is just a great hotel for the money. Thank you very much to the entire team and manager for a wonderful vacation!

This is the best hotel in price-quality ratio, it has everything for a good vacation, quality of food, drinks, service is equal to price. Spa center is good, the beach is small but clean, the food is different enough every day, the coffee machine uses aromatic coffee beans, maybe sweets are not perfect, the pool is not so big, but this hotel left great memories.

GGuest UserJust Returned from a 2 weeks All Inclusive at this Hotel , Rated by The On Beach Tour Company & Jet 2 , as 3 + Star ,( Most Def Not ,) On the + Side The Staff are Very Friendly & Most Helpful & it has a Nice Swimming Pool + a Free Shuttle Bus to the main Shopping Centre in Kemer a few times a Day , But Other Than That , It Is in my Opinion its a 2 Star Rated Hotel at Best , Very Tired Rooms , Food Def not Catering for The Brits / with No Labels Describing what Is on the Buffet , only 2 Coffee Machines Available All Day that Are always breaking down , Ice Cream is only available if Paid for , Fresh Orange juice Is only available for 2 Euros Extra per glass , Non Alcoholic Beer is charged at 4 euros a bottle , No Tonic Water is Available ,The Pool Bar is open From 11 am until 10 pm at night after that ALL Drinks have to be Paid for , & This is supposed to be All Inclusive / Entertainment just 2 nights a weeks & is sadly not Brill , The Lobby Bar & Lounge is all closed up ,so there is nowhere other than around the Pool one can sit with friends chatting away from the Music & general Noise . Reported some Poo on Roof looking down from our Balcony ,but 3 days later it had still not been removed , , We Def Will not go there again ,

We had couples holiday. Rooms were clean and spacious with a great view to swimming pool and mountains. Pool area was amazing, with chilled music and relaxed vibe. Pool bar was serving local alcohol, few different cocktails that we enjoyed a lot. There was plenty of options to choose from buffet menu, optional a la carte restaurant can be booked and serves delicious food. Amazing spa area with a lot of different massage options to choose from also offering packages if you are looking for full relaxation holiday with massages everyday. Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely nice people who made our holiday an amazing experience. I really want to thank everyone who works in hotel for service that you offer.Would definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends. We will be back too!

GGuest UserSome of these reviews honestly make me fear for the intelligence of my compatriots. Let's get one thing out of the way - this is not your usual British Holiday all-inclusive with free-flowing drinks and drunken people roasting by the pool. Thank goodness for that. It has to be said though that the hotel caters mostly for Russian tourists (99% of the visitors are Russian) and that can be felt in some of the interactions with the staff, who have a limited command of English and as such I think can come across as not super nice. I had pleasant interactions with all though. From other reviews I gather that some of the further hotel buildings are terrible, I was in the annex just in front of the hotel and I have no complaints. The room was spacious enough, and while not the height of luxury it had everything I could have needed. The Aircon worked really well and kept the room at a good stable temperature throughout (no bouts of freezing air Vs heat). The balcony was a nice addition though no views so a bit underwhelming. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard and all towels replaced, no complaints about the housekeeping staff. The main hotel building is nice and well maintained. The pool is small but I always saw it empty - probably because there weren't a lot of guests when I visited. Everyone here seems to prefer the beach anyway (as do I). The beach Is on a lovely bit of coastline. Pebbles, but this shouldn't come as a big surprise and appropriate shoes can be purchased in the corner shop. The only issue here is the size of the beach - it's so small that sunbeds have to be placed very close together and there's only so many in the sun. I think I would have found it frustrating in high season, having to move from shade to sunshine and not finding any room. I can imagine how that would impact some people's experience of the place - I would wager the hotel has expanded beyond what is feasible with the extra buildings. The food I found of good quality, with an above average buffet for an all-inclusive. Breakfast choices were limited, but lunch and dinner were fine, with very high quality food, if sometimes a bit bland. I was glad not to see tourist baby foods like chicken nuggets, it caters to people who eat real food. I did miss some Turkish cuisine staples though - no iskender, doner meat once but without pita bread etc. Overall though it was good, and with plenty of seating. I visited the spa and purchased the ”Turkish bath package”, which was pleasant. It seemed a bit too rushed throughout and the staff performing it were nice, but spoke no English so communication was pretty hard. The pricing was a bit much considering it was practically what I paid for the room per night (£40 for the 90 minute package) and the staff were competent but again, a bit rushed. I didn't check the time throughout but found myself back in my room exactly 90 minutes after the appoin**ent, so overall it must have lasted 1hr tops. WiFi was good and with gre

Sırasıyla otel ile ilgili görüşleri belirtecegiim. 1. Otel lobisisi harika. Büyük , ferahlatıcı kocaman bir lobi ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. İçiniz açılıyor. Odasında sıkılanlar rahatlıkla lobide sikilmadan zamanını gecirebilr. Gece ve gündüz resepsiyon görevlileri tam bir beyefendi. Güvenlik çok hoş bir arkadaş. 2. Bulunduğum oda gayet yeterli geniş ferahti. Oda temizliği mükemmeldi. Hergun hizmeti aldım. Çok memnun kaldım. 3..Yemekler; Gayet çeşitli , yeterli, lezzetli. Kuver yeterli.Mutfak personeli, garson ve komiler ilgili nazik. Fırın sorumlusu süper bir insan. 4. Havuz: Yeterli ve bakımlı. Günlük temizliği yapılıyor. Bar da rakı, çin, votka, şarap bira, gazlı içecekler, çay ve kahveyi konsept dahilinde istediniz kadar tuketebilirsiniz. Bar Şefi ve barmenler nezaketli çocuklar. 5.Animasyon: Oldukça zengin. Gece ve gündüz sezon sonu olmasına rağmen muhtesem programlar gördük. 6.Deniz: Otele yaklaşık 200-300 metre uzaklıkta. Otele ait özel plaj, plajda yeterli minderli şezlong mevcut. Sadece sıcak ve soğuk su bulunmakta. Belki bir bira sistemide kurulabilirdi. Yukarıda belirttiğim hususlarda da anlaşılacağı üzere otelden çok memnun kaldım. Not: Şimdiki yazacaklarım otel yönetimine bir geri bildirimdir. Belki dikkate alırlar yada almazlar. Yada beni kırmızı listeye alıp bir daha otele sokmazlar. Günübirlik Oda kahvaltı konaklayan mavi kol bantlı şahıslar ile kol bantsiz bar kenarında oturan otel sahiplerinin misafiri oldukları belirtilen, zaman zaman otele girip çıkan ve her birininde otelde bedava odası bulunan kişilerin davranışları hoş değildi. Benim 2-3gundur birlikte olduğum ve birlikte masada oturduğum misafirlere gelip sarkmaları hoş değildi. Turizm ortamı farklıdır diye bir literatür gelişmiş, kişiliğimizi ve değerlerimizi kaybetmeyelim. Animasyon şefi Metin 'in benim bayan arkadaslimi birilerine peşkeş cekmesi de üzüntü verici bir hadiseydi.

Terrible place to stay. Staff rude, we were given a room totally different room from what we booked, when speaking to reception not very interested in resolving the issues. Room had no power when we arrived, smelt of cigaretre smoke for 4 days, room door didn't lock on first attemp to close every time. All inclusive - food very basic, no signage to say what the food was and no allergen info. Only alcohol available on all inclusive was beer and wine! Shocking selections. The room was old, tired, dirty, single blanket on a double bed, missing bed side lamp making the room very dark in the evening, holes in wall, mouldy silicone and grout in the bathroom, shower curtain filthy and full of holes, shower head also broken which took 2 days for them to fix.... obviously broken for a long time as bathroom ceiling was stained and paint was peeling off. Service card put on the door 2 days and room not cleaned, 1 day the bin was emptied, the next the bed was changed, no proper cleaning whatsoever and all bathroom chrome was tarnished and water marked. Dirty laundry trolley parked outside our room blocking fire stairs every evening and full of dirty linen, bedroom corridors not cleaned either. Location is in the middle of nowhere where so you have to take take taxi's everywhere, no entertainment what so ever.
