Briefly: A very “tired” hotel, very dirty in the rooms, dirty in the area, dirty in the dining room. Alcohol: vodka, beer. The food is very poor. The good thing is that the sea is clean, clean and warm, but there is an ambush here: pebbles like in Sochi and fish that bite you if you don’t move, and can bite you until you bleed.

The rooms were very dirty, the food was disgusting, the cafeteria smelled like a stink, the employees are not at all interested, they constantly talk swear words, there is not even a place to park in the parking lot, they said the bar closes at 12, there was not even a single alcohol available at 11.30.

You will agree when the dessert section of the restaurant went badly, the guy who made the hot food was trying to do something as much as he could, the animation was good and entertaining, the pool bar was good, they make every cocktail, the reception is indifferent, it has nothing to do with the pictures.

A holiday in this hotel is simply impossible. There was mold everywhere in our room, the air conditioner did not work, there were no towels (one large towel for two) and toilet paper (we found one roll ourselves), the toilet was leaking. We addressed these problems to the staff - zero emotions. We tried to move from one room to another, but the situation did not change. Passing by other open rooms, we realized that they were all in a ruined state and the staff simply could not offer alternatives. The hotel is completely unsanitary, everything is dirty, from the dishes to the floors and walls, the air conditioners are leaking and dripping on people's heads. There are two swimming pools. The large one has dirty stains and cockroaches periodically swim around. In a small one with slides, there is chicken droppings everywhere, since chickens live near it. The exhaust hood from the dining room went straight onto our balcony and the room smelled wildly of food, okay, it would have been tasty, but it stank of old oil. Also, my husband got food poisoning at the hotel, since we didn’t eat anywhere else. Later we learned that some guests also spent two days in poisoned rooms. Speaking of food. Every day the same food. The side dish is almost always just rice or bulgur. For breakfast only eggs. Sometimes we couldn’t eat it all and went to a cafe. There is only one bar - by the pool. The drinks are bad. The cocktails are primitive with very sweet syrups, the beer is not tasty, there is no crayfish, the vodka is the cheapest, the juices are chemical. Only sodas are tasty. The road to the sea was not stressful, the walk took no more than 5 minutes. The sea in the village is very beautiful, clean and transparent. The beach is pebble, without coral it is not comfortable. The coastline at the hotel is very small, the sun loungers are broken, and the awnings don’t really help from the sun. There is an unpresentable-looking stall with chemical juices and warm water. There is no animation. Every evening at 9:00 primitive dances for children. From adult animation: Mr. Hotel, Mrs. Hotel, the best couple of the hotel, karaoke. In general, guests entertain themselves. Once there was a belly dance for half an hour. The staff is trying to save the situation, but it doesn’t work out very well. Separately, I would like to thank the Russian girl at the reception (I think Diana), who adequately assessed the situation, listened to our complaints and at least somehow tried to help.

If you DO NOT want to ruin your vacation, don’t even look in the direction of this “4* hotel”. Maximum "2*". Why this hotel was awarded 4* remains a mystery. This is not a budget four, this is pure horror. I don’t understand where the positive reviews come from, the impression is that they are written by the employees of this “hotel”. Now, in order. The hotel is small, on 5 floors. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately embarrassed that the lobby was stuffy, the air conditioning there was very limited. The Internet is free in the lobby, but it barely works. There is a paid, good one, it works throughout the entire hotel territory - 12 dollars for 7 days. We were moved to the 5th floor. This is the last floor, during the day the air conditioner will not save you, it blows very weakly. The room is small with one double and one single bed, a small balcony on which there is nowhere to hang swimsuits and towels, because... there are no devices. Bathroom: in the "shower stall" there are no doors or walls, except for one partition near the toilet, so as a result everything is wet. There are no shelves for soap/shampoo either, so every time you have to reach for the washbasin to take/put down soap accessories. Upon arrival, shampoo, soap, shower gel and one set of towels were waiting for us!!!! for three persons. Yes, days of going to the reception did not bring any results. There is no cleaning service, they take out the trash, they don’t even always put toiletries on, you have to catch the maid and ask them, so I don’t even dwell on cleanliness, apparently this is also not part of the concept of this hotel. Swimming pool: outwardly clean, but all the sunbeds around, of which there are few, are occupied, so we didn’t even go there. The pool with slides never worked. "Cold bar" near the pool - beer, cocktails (complete garbage), cola, sprite, water. This is the entire range. The second bar had wine and other alcoholic drinks and a constant queue.... Throughout the hotel, water can only be taken at the bar near the pool; there are no other refrigerators or places with water in the hotel. The water is not in bottles, but in cups like yogurt. Restaurant: it’s even funny to write “restaurant”, dining room.... I won’t even describe the breakfast - if you like eggs, then you will be satisfied. For lunch and dinner on the menu: 1 type of soup. 3 types of side dishes: noodles, porridge, legumes, sometimes there was cold strange potatoes like boiled slices. Salads: tomatoes + cucumbers, tomatoes + lettuce, blue cabbage, lettuce, eggplant with something; baked peppers, some eggs with sour cream (probably left over from breakfast), and something like adjika; meat, fried chicken pieces, baked chicken, fried fish such as herring. Sweets: chocolate pie, several types of manna. Grapes and apples. That's all there was in this dining room. Those. there is no choice from the word AT ALL. The food is bland and not tasty. The floor in the dining room is like an ice skating rink - dirty and greasy, so you have to walk very carefully. The plates and cutlery are also not clean, so everyone stands and sorts through the dishes to get something clean, at least externally. Beach....
