The hotel was very clean, the facilities were nice. All the staff members who served were caring and friendly. It was proper management and proper business. We are satisfied.

The toilets in the bathing areas were very dirty.
There were clearly not enough employees to keep up with the requests, sometimes long waiting times at bars because only one person was working in the bar.

Zimmer klein, aber sauber, Zimmerdienst war nett und super, es war gut gekocht, gute Auswahl von Gerichten... Schone Programme am Abend...Minus Sauberkeit im Zigarabar, Bedienung hier war oft unangenehm, Strand klein und eng, es fehlen bessere Kafeeautomaten... Gibt es zwei fur das ganze Hotel...

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cet hôtel . Il est très bien situé . Nous sommes partis du 7 au 14 octobre donc il n’ y avait pas foule . Les spectacles du soir étaient parfait . L’équipe d’animation est très sympathique. Il est toutefois dommage que personne ne parle français mais avec un anglais correct on peut s’en sortir. Les chambres sont un peu petites. La nourriture est bonne et variées . Petit bémol pour les cocktails ( pourtant fait avec de la vodka et du rhum de marque ) qui sont fait à l’arrache sans aucunes mesures et donc pas toujours buvables.

Очень грязно. Просто недопустимо грязно. Одно пятно на лестнице хз от чего (на фото) мозолило глаза весь отпуск 20 дней. Полотенца и прочий текстиль старый и обветшалый. При входе в отель тебя встречают низкий потолок и кривой-косой стол с нищим "велкам-дринком" (лучше бы не было никакого, чем эти убогие печеньки). Столовая (иначе и не скажешь) - тесное шумное помещение, из которого торопишься убежать. При этом столовский бар всегда держит людей в очереди. Официантов нет в принципе (никто вам не принесет к столу бокал вина, как в других отелях), только уборщики. Столы только в помещении, покушать на открытой веранде негде. Апельсиновый фреш - 2 доллара (а я думал такого не бывает в "ультра всё включено"). Других фрешей в этом отеле не делают. Бармены хамоваты, работают без удовольствия и, соответственно, наливают невкусные коктейли. Зато с радостью отвечают "мы закрыты". Есть один ресторан а-ля-карт, официант которого отказался рассказать про меню и как вообще его бронировать. К концу дня территория вокруг бассейнов превращается в помойку. На пирсе есть барный киоск, в котором только вода. При этом, постоянно крутятся попрошайки из магазинов и проката лодки. После спа-салона хочется снова помыться. Из плюсов: - месторасположение с очень чистым морем, красивые виды; - наполненность отеля (спа и прочее). Отель совершенно незаслуженно носит пять звёзд. В середине пребывания сбежали в другой отель Больше сюда ни ногой

Wakacje w tym hotelu były bardzo udane. Wysokie oceny hotelu, są jak najbardziej zasłużone. Z czystym sumieniem można go polecić. Piękna okolica, morze i góry. Woda krystalicznie czysta. Największym atutem hotelu jest kuchnia. Jedynym jej minusem, jest to, że dania gorące, bardzo często są ledwo ciepłe. Sprzątanie pokoi – jak na tureckie warunki – średnie. Wieczorne animacje, raczej rozczarowujące. Animatorzy bardzo się starają, repertuar urozmaicony. Ale to nie trafia w gusta gości. Codziennie (a byliśmy dwa tygodnie) o 21.30 brakowało wolnych miejsc. Ale pół godziny później, połowa stolików była już wolna. Muzyka zdecydowanie za głośna. Pomimo że gości z Polski czy Czech jest naprawdę niemało, tak naprawdę liczą się tylko Rosjanie. Co, w obecnej sytuacji, jest trudne do zaakceptowania. Pomimo tych niedoskonałości, hotel jak najbardziej na tak. No i to, co w Turcji jest najcenniejsze, ludzie. Mili, uśmiechnięci, życzliwi.

Hotel jest usytuowany w dobrym miejscu z pięknymi widokami na góry i morze ale to by było na tyle jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia na stołówce panuje brud stoliki wycierane są brudnymi szmatami kelnerki tymi z samymi rękoma zrzucają jedzenie z talerzy po czym biorą nowe talerze i sztućce i rozkładają je na stołach okropność . Obsługa i kelnerzy ewidentnie nastawieni na rosyjskich gości trzeba uważać na to jakie pod żadnym pozorem nie bierzcie pokoi od numeru 50001 do 5 tysięcy 900 usytuowane są po prawej stronie hotelu na samym dole w podłużnym pawilonie jest tam problem z kanalizacją która przebiega wzdłuż tych pokoi i bardzo śmierdzi fekaliami obsługa doskonale zna ten problem i udaje że nic się nie dzieje po wielu rozmowach z recepcją łaskawie zamienili pokój który znajdował się w lewym skrzydle budynku wszystkie pokoje które są w tym skrzydle mają okna skierowane na drugi hotel w którym zamontowane są klimatyzatory hałas jest nie do wytrzymania panie odbywa się tylko i wyłącznie przy zamkniętych oknach hotel pięciogwiazdkowy nie powinien mieć takich nie udogodnień. Problem z leżakami jeśli chcecie zająć miejsce musicie wstać 7 7:30 rano i położyć ręczniki inaczej możecie zapomnieć o miejscu do leżenia nad basenami w restauracjach ciągle gra rosyjska muzyka animacje prowadzone są po rosyjsku generalnie nie polecamy hotelu.

Awful. Avoid like the plague unless you like: The smell of excrement wafting past your room. A gas attack with something industrial in the tunnel that leads to the restauraunt. Being told off for laughing at breakfast. Having zero chance of sleep except for 12 midnight to 6 am. Staff that only smile at you when the Big Controller is lurking about. Not being able to walk on the beach or even get to the sea without navigating through the dense network of overweight Russians. The same meh food every day. No toast at breakfast. Wine that tastes like a cleaning product. Insufficient parking if you have a vehicle. Could go on but that's probably enough there. Moral of the story is: if it's cheap there's a reason.
