The hotel is very clean and affordable. The food was amazing, albeit a bit repetitive, but you get lunch, dinner, snacks and breakfast and desert. The coffee was awful, I could not stand it, but other than that the experience was positive The staff speak very little English, mostly Russian and Turkish. For the price, you have beach access, and there were almost always enough loungers. Keep in mind that you will need to pay extra for towels and wifi access

We arrived 2am their time midnight UK time. it had been a long day travelling, the gentleman on reception was very polite but didn't speak any English. He carried our suitcases to our room which was nice as we were on the 3rd floor and no lift. The room was for two people, when I opened the door, my leg was at the base of the bed, it was so small, the bathroom was small if I was any bigger I would not have got in the shower and I am not that overweight I assure you. there was no balcony and the view was of the vents and roof top of the hotel. The next morning we went back to reception and spoke to a lovely lady who spoke really good English. She organised for us to look at 3 rooms which we picked one and moved to there, we were delighted as we thought we were going to have to argue about extra cost, but no all was good. The rooms however are very very tired, don't know who does their repairs but it isn't anyone who knows what they are doing. Broken parts of the bed side tables, toilet seat which didn't fit, lots of jobs a good handy man could sort for sure. Ladies there is no seat at the dressing table, drying your hair and make up need to be done standing, not much room in the bathroom for products either, small things could be done to make this better at a low price. The food however was not good, I am not a picky eater I usually find something to eat have never come back lighter than I went that's for sure, however the food was cold most of the time, not much choice, over cooked or under cooked, they were slow in replenishing food, they ran out of butter 2 days before we came home. No English tea could be found, we ended up going out to eat in the evenings. If you want a sun bed on the beach get up early if you want one in the sun, the beach at this time of the year is in the shade by 4pm if not sooner depending where you are sitting. The place is spotless, the people who clean are cleaning all day long they never stop. All in all we survived, had a great holiday, think the hotel could be much better with a decent handy man and a few additions like shelving, painting and chairs for the ladies for doing their hair and makeup. Hopefully Viking are going to be spending some money on upgrading the rooms as the hotel is in the perfect location.

Clearly you have to start at the beginning, I made a mistake in my search criteria, as I had checked on the Viking website and it implies they have a pool, INCORRECT. Why would they say Pool & Beach? Upon arrival we were asked to pay extra for security safe, beach towels and wifi; it is an all inclusive hotel and I have stayed at the Ramada hotel many others that do not charge for anything. The room smelt of the bathroom upon arrival and this did not go away during our three days. The room was tired with numerous broken items in the bathroom(shower head, loo seat). View of the ocean was nice and we yes we did pay extra for this, which is fine. The food was ok(ish), mostly reheated from the previous lunch/dinner and rehashed into something else. The chicken was always dry and tough; not enough fish. Bar had a good selection of drinks free of charge and an international selection at extra costs. The staff in the restaurant/bar were exceptional and worked tirelessly to make customers happy, they are a credit to the hotel and should consider moving to a competitor next season. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO AVOID IT.

Poor, but for some people good option. We didn’t enjoy. Poor, very tired and low cost hotel. They ask money for safe, wi-fi, and see view, but see view rooms do not worth it. Food is good, and staff at the restaurante and some guys at the reception are nice, beach is at hand (though crowded at high season). Linen is old and weared, smell in the rooms.

First of all, the hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, and the MAXIMUM. The staff is not so friendly, the rooms are clean, but non-functional, outdoor air conditioning units are installed on the terraces, so when you go out on the terrace you get a heat stroke. The bathrooms have been renovated, but the shower cabins are too narrow and claustrophobic. Also, more attention is paid to the floors and the cleanliness of the marble slabs than to the tables at which meals are served. The cleaners clean under your table while you eat, moving the table and chairs for you. The tables in the garden are mostly dirty and greasy. The beach is a special story, rocky, the entrance to the water, you can break your leg. The same beach is used by the guests of three neighboring hotels, no one cares about it. People take up more sunbeds than they need and position them as they see fit, so you have to be a top athlete to get to the water! Individuals put towels on 2-3 sunbeds, and then lie down on others and occupy 4-5 sunbeds, no one to warn them. Also, people who are not guests of any hotel at all (they do not have wristbands from surrounding hotels) come to the beach and occupy the sunbeds, so it is very difficult to find a free sunbed at some point. All in all a beach disaster. Very often there is no coffee in the coffee machines, so you only get water. Waiters hate to wash cups, so drinks are most often served from plastic cups, of the worst quality. But the waiters are there first, to take the cakes before the guests, which are brought out around 5 p.m., for themselves. The food is always the same, only at dinner they can surprise you with a good meal, but that is also repeated, every 3 days, the same. As for the fruits they serve, most of them are unripe and not sweet, the oranges seem to have been standing there for days, dry and mushy, only watermelon can be sweet, but not every time. If you are sitting by the window of a restaurant while having lunch, do not be surprised that the cleaners come and start washing the windows with the assurance that "you don't mind them". In the rooms you get 2 or 3 bottles of water in the mini bar when you arrive and that's it! The description of the rooms states that they have water heaters, but they don't. All in all, it's not even for 3 stars, but for 2+.
