Our recent stay was an absolute delight. The hotel's elegant ambiance and impeccable service immediately set it apart. The spa was a true oasis of tranquility, offering a variety of treatments that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped and provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant, which served delicious meals in a sophisticated setting. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a classy and relaxing getaway.

Well below par Lovely setting but not there’s not much evidence of the pampering you’d expect from a top hotel. Average greet and meet on arrival, small room, no extra touches in the spa, no wine glasses in the bar, had to explain to the bar staff how to pour one drink and had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive at night. Breakfast wasn’t much better with some of the food not fully cooked. So all in all a disappointing stay. Going to ask for a refund.

1st Class My Husband and I were celebrating a Birthday and our 40th Wedding Anniversary and we had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Totally relaxing, outdoor pool was amazing. The staff were wonderful. Food and cocktails 1st class. Would certainly love to return. Thank you

Perfect, relaxing stay. This was our first visit to Schloss Roxburgh and we will definitely be back. The hotel is 5* throughout. The staff truly understand Scottish hospitality, most seemed local and all were incredibly friendly making the hotel feel welcoming yet down to earth. The manager in Charlie’s who was working on Mother’s day evening made our stay. I’m currently pregnant and he recommended the non-alcoholic sparkling wine. I’ve tried a few during my pregnancy and none have been anywhere as nice so when I told him this and asked him what it was he said he’d bring the bottle so I could take a picture however on hearing it was also my birthday he gave us a bottle to take with us. Such a lovely gesture and definitely a memorable one that has had me already recommending the hotel to friends and actually looking to rebook for later in the year. The spa area is so relaxing our entire stay was perfect! Thanks to you all!

Amazing stay Beautiful hotel refurbished to a very high standard. Spa is best Iv been too at a hotel. Will be back again for sure!

Golf and spa 3day stay My wife and I enjoyed the spa facilities and her treatment was excellent The golf course is challenging with long walks between some tees The weather in Scotland can be hit and miss so be prepared for all weathers The staff in all areas were welcoming and friendly Stuart Kerr
