rooms are neat and clean... resort is safe and best place for couples and families... food is also good and 😋 tasty... staff are nice so kind and friendly... i have one small suggestion change the check in time because after noon 2 pm is too long, if the customer reach the resort before please allow them and arrange the room asap... overall it's good and nice...😊😊😊👍👍👍

Only good thing about this Hotel is it's phonic conversation It's just near the bus station. Even if a single person cancels his/her booking after reading my review, Then writing this review will be a success. Cons : 1. Staff at the restaurant is rude and arrogant.They lack welcoming behavior. 2.If you have a 3 year old kid, They will ask for Kid's Identity proof too, we reach morning I got room after 2 hrs. One *** with glass I don’t know the name he holds us for 2hrs no reason. 3. Even if rooms are cleaned, they will not allow you to check in until the check in time is ticked. 4. This peoperty needs redevlopment, TV remote was not working, Pipes in the bathroom were faulty. It looks like these people don't care about the maintenance. 5. I booked through phone I spoke with satheesh, he said when you reach the hotel at any time we will provide room with in 5 minutes, I book the hotel because of the Phonic conversation, he so polite, he change my mind to book a southern Residency, But ????? Thank you Satheesh I would say don't book this property, you will regret for sure.
