Les sorties de secours sont fermer a clé la nuit …… a revoir d’urgence , sinon bien situé et totalement inattegniable en voiture , bon petit déjeuner , même de la choucroute pour les touristes au petit dég personnel chaleureux et bienveillant

Al check in siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e precisione nella spiegazione dei servizi offerti. La camera seppur piccola era ben pulita , confortevole e ben insonorizzata. Anche l’utilizzo del bar e stato di nostro gradimento con un the di ottima qualità. Bravi !

Great all round experience Great location in the middle of the town Our room was lovely Very comfortable bed and great shower Breakfast was beyond our expectations with a really good selection of everything you’d want for a great start to the day Would have liked soy or oat milk as an option but they had almond milk which is ok Highly recommend

L'Hotel se trouve dans une petite rue tranquille a 50m du centre du village. L'accueil était très agréable. La chambre un peu exigüe mais avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Nous n'avons pas tester le spa mais on vous propose de le réserver a votre arrivée.

Une literie des plus confortables. Un accueil chaleureux et un hôtel magnifique !!! J'adore et retournerai sans problème. Les prestations sont tellement parfaites et d'un rapport qualité prix à couper le souffle. C'est vraiment le top du top dans le coin. Idéal pour visiter la route des vins

Parfait. Personnel très sympathique et aimable. L'accueil très chaleureux et convivial. L'hôtel est très agréable et les chambres sont très propres. Je n'ai rien à dire. Tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuner parfait on peut même boire un verre ou manger un petit plat. Je vous recommande vivement un très bon hôtel.

Malheureusement ça n,est pas un 4 étoiles, Un jeune stagiaire seul et unique pour accueillir les clients de l,hotel qui est complet, très dévoué mais débordé... Salle de bains microscopique , pas de mini bar, Prestations indignes d,un 4 étoiles. Manque total de professionnalisme.

Magnifique hôtel au cœur de Kaysersberg, Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, endroit ou nous aimons revenir chaque année. Personnel accueillant, discret et attentionné, confort des chambres, excellente literie, aménagement de qualité, sans parler du petit déjeuner tout simplement parfait avec des produits de la région.
