Faisant confiance aux avis ainsi qu'au site web nous nous attendions à un hôtel avec restaurant et épicerie comme indiqué sur le site malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons attendu à la réception ou il n'y avait personne, une ambiance froide et sombre. après un long moment d'attente une dame sympathique s'est présentée et nous a montré une boîte avec code d'accès (nous n'avions pas reçu de code) , elle nous indique la chambre nr 4 . Attention cette chambre ne possède pas de chauffage , uniquement dans la sdb la chambre est spacieuse et propre , niveau confort tout est très basique/ situation proche de la rue principale de Kayserberg et parking juste en face/ le petit déjeuner est simple et bon mais dans un local non chauffé/ dans les communs il y a une forte odeur désagréable d'égout/ La gentillesse de la dame qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner fait que nous sommes repartis avec le sourire . correct pour une nuit pas plus.

This is an odd hotel that had no one at the desk. During the night, a street fight with tazing happened at 3am with hotel staff screaming at the fighting people. No police or medics were called. No explanation. The attached restaurant had very rude staff. One of the worst hotels ever.

Emplacement idéal, parking à proximité, à 2 pas du centre ville, chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée, bien chauffée, petit déjeuner copieux et bon rapport qualité prix, petit bémol, la poussière n a pas dû être faite depuis des semaines.

Art hôtel et son restaurant Le Trio au top… le personnel et le service super, des plats italiens hyper bons, cet établissement mérite vraiment le détour dans ce village touristique, il s’agit là de vrais professionnels faisant tout pour vous être agréable !
