As always, I felt very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly.
I have to say, I don't think the restaurant prices are overpriced. I'd be happy to come back anytime

The room is very clean and spacious. It's not bad. The whole city environment of Kayseri is very good. There is no traffic jam. It is suitable for a slow-paced life. It's very good. The food is also delicious and there are many styles.

Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service.
Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.
