Çalışanların çoğu kaba, çok eski bir hotel ve heryere uzak. Eğer tur ile gitmezseniz taksiye günlük en az 5 bin lira vermeyi gözden çıkarmanız gerekiyor. Odalar çok eski, içecekler ücreti. Küçük su için 40 tl isteniyor. Halılar çok kötü kokuyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha Allah düşürmesin .

Came with a Turkish tour group. This hotel is very DIRTY! Its old, which would be okay, except its also filthy. Floors are completely unswept and not vaccumed. HAIRS from the last guests were found in parts of the bathroom. One of the complimentary shampoos were used! We told staff and they said it gets cleaned daily. They did also apparently send someone up to clean our room again later, but we couldnt tell. Dining room experience was okay, but utensils were also often unclean. Elevator was faulty at the time that we stayed, so we avoided using it. Staff speak basic English, and the receptionist was not the friendliest. Its also very disheartening to see how much more they charge "foreigners" for the rooms compared to locals. I wanted to leave a google review too but they mustve removed that option!

Hotel comodo per visitare Cappadocia, colazione buona, cena passabile ,adatta a clienti cinesi ecc.. pulizia in camera buona, nel ristorante ho trovato un po' di macchie su tovaglie....personale spa ottima, reception abbastanza buona. Nelle vicinanze un piccolo supermercato e alcuni bar ,frequentati solo da uomini.....

Personale dell’albergo inesistente e scortese. Servizi igienici sporchi e datati. Lo stesso dicasi della camera. Ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle la possibilità di prendere un caffè la mattina appena svegli: mancanza del set prima colazione in camera. Nessuna assistenza dei personale per le valigie in camera.

Es un Hotel 3 estrellas, con 2 pequeñisimos ascensores que colapsan cuando llegan buses de pasajeros, las habitaciones están bastante anticuadas al igual que los baños. Con respecto a la comida, si es variada. El problema se presenta en los comedores donde no te retiran los platos, y puedes haber mesas sucias que limpian cuando termina la hora de la cena, por lo te encontraras con un desorden y suciedad muy poco atractivo. Como la comida buffet estaba incluida sin las bebidas, no es muy cómodo que aún cuando sigues cenando pasen cobrándote los bebestibles, se siente un poco invasivo y poco higiénico tener que tomar la maquina de pago o tener que sacar dinero cuando aún cenas.

Après 1 nuit passée au RENEX Hôtels qui lui mérite ses 5* celui là en est loins (3 a tout casser) La chambre avec douche /baignoire ne rentre pas dans les critères exigés pour un 5* La vasque non plus d’ailleurs Malheureusement nous allons y passer 3 nuits La piscine extérieure est grande et bien éclairé la nuit mais l’eau est froide !! The only good thing about the hotel that you are talking about as a 5-star hotel is the hygiene, thanks to the sisters. If you are thinking of going, even a hotel in the middle of the neighborhood will provide you with more opportunities than here. If you give foreigners Coke for 100 liras and water for 70 liras, at least don't do this to Turks.
