The staff at the entrance were very friendly and I was grateful that they dealt with the matter quickly, but there was one disappointing thing.
I stayed for two nights and they cleaned the room on the first night, but when I returned to the room the door was slightly open, allowing anyone to enter. Luckily I only had my suitcase in the room and locked it up without taking anything out, so nothing was stolen, but I was worried about what would have happened if something had happened. Other than that it was good. Thank you very much.

The Court Hotel has a nice looking lobby and great staff. That is about it. The rooms are you typical Japanese business hotel however they haven't been updated since the 1980's. The hotel rooms are old and tired. The air conditioning isn't really good. The bathrooms are small and the showers are not that good. The only good thing is that it is close to the train station and Yokohama Stadium. It's about a 5 min walk to both. There plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby including a number of 7-11's and Family Marts.

The location is really convenient, there’s a convenience store on the ground floor. The lobby is at 20f with a very nice view showing the whole harbour. Front desk is very kind and helpful. This hotel was only built three years ago. It is conveniently located near Yokohama station close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Upon arrival at the lobby, I noticed that they have a stall of toiletries, from comb, hair band & pins, shower caps, cotton buds, cotton pads, and a wide variety of bath salts to choose from, and a coffee dispenser open 24/7 free for all the staying guests. The room is so clean, modernly designed. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is awesome! Even if the room is quite small, it is good, not to mention I only paid ¥4,000 for a one night stay. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Yokohama. Indeed, a M-emorable E-xperience T-o S-tay.

The room I stayed this time was room 513. The downlight is dark with only 3. The liquid crystal television is fixed by a wall hanging of 43 inches made of Toshiba. The room door was auto lock. Although it is not a security elevator, the card key does not write a room number, so there is a certain security effect. It seems that it is different depending on the hotel that the electronic key is not in front of Yokohama Sekiuchi station and Yokohama Motomachi station is not auto lock. Like other hotel ribmax, there is a microwave oven, a hot pot, a door refrigerator, and a humidified air cleaner made by SHARP, so the view from the window of the room is the wall of the next building! (>_<) From Max cafe to guest room in 1F. Breakfast is 6:30 ~ at Max cafe. According to the official site, breakfast seems to be not provided due to the influence of corona from 4/1. Japanese food (snack) Viking is the same as in front of Yokohama Motomachi station, but the cap is narrow. It may be difficult when it is crowded because it is arranged in a narrow table. When I was eating (around 6:30), there were only 1 people, and it was garagara. Bread, rice, natto, umeboshi and pickles, tamago salad, lettuce, egg grilled and kinpira gobo, baked fish, coffee (hot, ice), vegetable juice, milk, etc. Check-in ・ out is done by automatic fare adjustment machine. Mineral water was received at check-in. According to the official site, it is scheduled to end at 3/31. It was also posted in the elevator. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are DHC. There is a hand soap. The shower momentum is also sufficient. Access is less than 10 minutes walk from the west exit of Yokohama Station 々? It is quiet because it is a business district such as sotetsu headquarters. It may be hard when people with many luggage and the weather is bad. Wi-Fi free. Coin laundry is in 2F. The shower toilet was a heating toilet seat. The gap in the room door was not empty like other rib max and I couldn't hear the noise in the corridor. There is no closet but there is a hanger in the hook of the wall hanger 4 books. It is beautiful because it is a new hotel opened in December 2018. The room is small but recommended for staying only to sleep around Yokohama Station!

Exit Sakuragicho Station, cross the Washington Hotel signal intersection and go right, and cross the next intersection. The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to understand, but the front entrance is next to the Italian along the main street. Overall it is clean and the elevator security is perfect. When I registered as a free member, I was happy to have a late check-out (12:00) and breakfast discount immediately. The breakfast place was Italian on the first floor and the jazz BGM was comfortable. Unfortunately, when I opened the lid of the toilet bowl in the room, there was still a urine-like dirt, so I put the hand soap on the paper and dropped it. I look forward to future cleaning checks. Also, when I go to Yokohama, I would like to add it to the candidate of the hotel I want to use.

Nice hotel, think it's the only one I've been to in Japan that has a microwave in the room! Location wise it's great for exploring Chinatown and those wanting to go to a DeNA Baystars game. No complaints with comfort or cleanliness, ticks all the boxes you want for a hotel in Japan.

Outstanding
MMKKplus2I’ve stayed at several places in Tokyo/Yokohama and the Keikyu EX Inn Kawasaki Station is my new favorite place to stay. Flying in and out of Haneda, this hotel is located along the Keikyu line. Quick and easy access to Haneda. To get to the lobby, exit the Central Exit and right after Mister Donut on the left there is an elevator. Use the elevator to the 3rd floor and the lobby will be on the right after exiting the elevator (there’s a cafe immediately outside the elevator, just past that cafe is the front desk). Access to the elevator for the rooms requires a guest key which made me feel better being a solo female traveler. There’s shower amenities and a coffee/tea station just before the elevators. Elevators run pretty quick and during my stay was never a crowding issue. I caught it alone more times than with other guests. The single room is a standard business hotel sized room for Japan. I stored my suitcase, hand carry and one full size duffle along the wall. No storage space under the bed. The bed was more comfortable than most I’ve had in Japan. I noticed beds tend to be firmer in Japan. The mini fridge didn’t get super cold, I’d worry about keeping dairy in there over long periods of time. I could not find a temperature adjustment for the fridge. I was able to change the AC temperature. Sometimes Japan hotels do not allow you to change it from heating during the cold months. I like my room to be cold so I was glad I was able to adjust the temperature. Some mornings I could hear the trains running. I was already awake so I don’t know if the noise is enough to wake me up. I used Airporter to send my luggage to the airport from this hotel which made my last day in Tokyo very enjoyable. There are multiple eating places and shopping places nearby. The JR line is close (use the North Exit when leaving the JR Kawasaki Station). The Keikyu EX Inn Kawasaki Ekimae is my new go to hotel when staying in Tokyo!
FFayethEven though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.
GGuest UserAlthough we were only here for the night I enjoyed the available amenities and the river view. The closeness to the airport made it for us as we had a 13hrs lay over and decided to spend the night here rather than at the airport.
SShiori SCGenerally speaking, business hotels have the advantages of convenient transportation, clean environment, complete equipment, good service, and fast Internet speed. The special advantages are the large mirrors and large TV screens. After switching between three hotels in Tokyo, I feel that it is very good for my body. The difference in size between the mirror and the TV screen is particularly profound. The breakfast is from the chain coffee shop downstairs, which is quite satisfactory and the dining environment is good. I stayed for 2 nights this time and found that there were many guests. I will come back next time.
GGuest UserBehind Kawasaki City Hall. So, access is not only Keikyu and JR, but also from Haneda Airport by one bus to the city hall bus stop (however, it takes about 50 minutes, so it is not recommended). The room is small, but it feels like a line with an ordinary business hotel. Igusa slippers (I thought there were ordinary disposable slippers), human sensor lighting, drip coffee, Japanese-style don't disturb, Samue-style indoor clothes, etc. I am trying to differentiate and have a good impression. By the way, I felt that the water pressure of the washbasin was a little weak, but this may be the intention of the hotel. Personally, because I often discharge water with the water pressure max, the cup bounces back the water flow, and as a result, the wash basin is full of water but the cup is empty. However, what did not happen to such a small tragedy is the kindness of this hotel? If so, this hotel may be a ”can-do child”. The room was well cleaned. The response of the front desk staff was polite and friendly. I have heard that the guest and staff are exchanged ”I want to book breakfast tomorrow” and ”I am full thanks”, so I have heard several times by chance, so those who want to be sure to have breakfast seem to be good in advance. I think it is a hotel targeting visitors to Japan, but Japanese stay is also affordable and comfortable. However, I am a Japanese educated in Japan, but I have always misunderstood the name of this hotel as ”Green Road”. Excuse me.
SSuixinThe hotel is a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki. It's a little further from JR Kawasaki, maybe 10 minutes, and a little hard to find. The hotel is hygienic, and there is a Chinese front desk guy, who is very enthusiastic to see someone who speaks Chinese. I borrowed an umbrella from the front desk, and it was broken by the strong wind and heavy rain. They didn't ask for compensation, saying that it was originally prepared for guests to borrow. The service is pretty good.
It is also very convenient to go to Haneda from Kawasaki in 20 minutes. You can go shopping here before going back. The drugstore near Keikyu Kawasaki is cheaper, and there are discounts on cosmetics, but there are not many categories. If you like Shiseido, you can go and have a look.
I heard that the red one in the picture below is not cherry blossoms, but it is very beautiful.
Bbking aIt is about 5 minutes walk from Musashi Kosugi station, but it is in the back place. It may be quite difficult to understand how to go to Musashi Kosugi station for the first time. It is good to feel quiet. There is also a parking lot. The oldness is undeniable. The walls are thin and the toilet bus is honestly small. There is a wireless LAN, but no security is only uneasy. The restaurant is a bad thing. As an old good hotel, I feel better if I have a little more features.
SSavvas84Satisfied with the whole service and the luxury environment even though it is a 3 stars category hotel. A daily clean service every morning of the rooms and the Amenity pack shower with tooth brush and other supplies offering as well. A great choice for the travelers.
HHAWAIIWAIKIKIStayed in executive suite. The accommodation was cheap and the room was large and there was a jacuzzi bus and it was comfortable. It was good to be able to open the window and there was an air conditioner for home, so the temperature adjustment in the room was free. However, it is said that I decided to use the coin laundry and decided to stay, but there are only 1 drum washing dryers, and 4 months 29 days were able to be used for 2 hours. 4 month 30 day was broken and I couldn't use it. It is better to think that coin laundry cannot be used.
GGuest UserI booked for non-smoking, but I can't say that I enter the room. The smell that tends to be in an old facility where uncles gather, like cigarettes and haircuts. I think it's tough to worry about. However, the room and the bath are large, the refrigerator is large, and the facilities are old, but there are many good places because they were cleaned. There is no outlet on the pillow, so it is negative. The location was like a step into the custom town, but I didn't feel particularly uneasy even if I walked at night.
