I used it for the first time on a business trip. Business hotel, the air was very clean☆the room was a bit poor but comfortable even though there was some smell in the non-smoking room! Amenities are also substantial (there was also cleaning) as well as air cleaners! If you don't have to be prepared, you don't need to be prepared. Above all, there was a massage cushion in the room, and it was very impressed ☆☆ I didn't use it, but there was a bath in the men and women replacement system. Free and ice making machines were available. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It was close to Kawaguchi Station and I thought I would use it again.

We stayed for 5 nights with our family. Cleaning was entered once during our stay. The staff at check-in and check-out was friendly and very good. The facilities necessary for living such as washing machines, irons and cooking equipment with drying functions are available for medium and long stays. ＜ Good point＞ Staff friendly Room is large and even 4 families can stay comfortably Life is equipped with the necessary facilities (drying washing machine, iron, refrigerator, cooking equipment, Convenient with convenience stores, restaurants, banks and post offices around the hotel ＜ bad point ＞ The makura was thin and soft type, so it didn't fit me. Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean, shared bathroom was clean although another guest had been using the cubicle as a smoke room. Room was basic but comfortable and not overly noisy. Communual bath was clean, large and relaxing. Location is very close to the station, however it is sitwd within the adult area.

The room was very neat and clean! The bathroom is so clean that it feels comfortable even with bare feet. The breakfast was mediocre and I didn't want to have breakfast on the second day of my two-night stay. Overall it's pretty good

The room is overall good, but not bad. There is a pantry for light cooking. (please keep it clean) I knew in advance that the breakfast was very simple, and I had read negative reviews from other people, so I was mentally prepared and didn't think there was anything bad about it. It was really the lowest and worst hotel with staff, manager. I went to the front desk to ask for a suitcase delivery. When I asked to cover the suitcase, I didn't know the price. So I handed over a lot of money and asked the delivery company via the front desk. Go out and return to the hotel and check the result. I forgot to send it with a cover. When I corrected it, I didn't listen to the request. Because it is caused by the change of the front desk, when I tell the person who asked the previous request immediately, I call with a sloppy attitude. I finally noticed a mistake. Still, there is no apology, and it ends in an unfair and rotten attitude. The response of Nishimura and Naritsuka is the lowest and worst. The next day, it is the same as talking to the manager. First of all, the customer service at the reception was very good and I thought it was good to make a reservation here. And the room was very clean and nice. It was a floor where the child slipped when spending time with socks and slippers, so I spent barefoot, but it was still beautiful. It was also within walking distance from the station and was saved. There was a big screen, and the children were happy. (For some reason it was a purple screen all the time.)
