This was indeed a Comfort Inn. It gave me some comfort, and the carpet had an interesting low-budget business-traveler vibe. Reader, it was a Comfort Inn.

Terrific service and clean rooms! Minutes from downtown and country club plaza but the staff made it a great stay! Would come back! Many things to do within the 3-5 minute radius! Nearby it all! Very much appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast as well!

Nice room the bed was super comfortable, they offer room service daily, it felt fresh and clean during the whole stay . Front desk great costumer service they even had fresh cookies during check in. I will come back to this hotel if I have to travel to Kansas city again in the future

The worst city hotel I've been to. Smoke free rooms smell horrible of smoke. Unclean and not sanitary, showers are boiling. Bathroom door wouldn't even close. Went home smelling like smoke. Do not book here.

The hotel wasn’t bad but there were some issues with the room. One of the comforters was stained and appeared dirty. The tv wouldn’t work. We weren’t sure if it was an outlet issue because several outlets didn’t work. Not enough linens in our room. Only two towels even though three people were staying in the room. The staff was friendly though.

Good location but homeless people hanging around property did not make it safe. Noisy people arguing in early morning hours.

The hotel itself was not bad but the surrounding area was so unsafe when I checked out at 4am the police was playing security at the property.
On the way there off the highway I almost turned around and tried to find something else it was so horrible.

On Friday 8/18 room 117 so damp sheets and carpet were wet
At midnight moved to 115 that room stunk of urine, cigarette and curry fridge door would shut. Room 307 in am has no cold water in shower. I would sleep in my car before staying here again
