Friendly owner. However, this was the end of season (mid October) - and hotel was deserted, bar closed, uninviting. We had the place to ourselves but we were given a very ‘standard’ room which was dark and cold. Balcony was the walkway to the rooms, no privacy. Sideways view of the sea. Only real window was the entrance door, so close that and the room was plunged into darkness. And so cold!
We left after 1 night. Friendly owner though, kindly agreed to give us a refund for 3 of the remaining 4 nights.

Bellissima esperienza al Seafront apartaments! Camera super semplice e pulita, a qualche passo dal mare (LETTERALMENTE), negozi e supermarket a qualche mt a piedi.. inutile dire che ci torneremo, l’ospitalità e la gentilezza dei gestori ci hanno conquistati!

Having a beach on the property is most convenient. Very friendly staff. The kitchen advertised is a hot plate kept in the cabinets.

Located to the north of the main Kavos ***** in a nice quiet location. The apartments have direct access to the sea via a small jetty and the water is only knee high for quite a way out so safe for swimming/paddling. We stayed in the two bed apartment with a wonderful sea view from both rooms. The shower room wasn't big but adequate and there is a kitchenette area although it didn't have many utensils, cooking pans etc. The owner and cleaning lady were both very welcoming and the apartment was spotless. There appeared to be a lot of people staying there who go year after year which says a lot. It's just a shame that Kavos itself has seen better days!

This was a wonderful, family run business. The family was kind, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, at the end of town for quiet but close enough to walk to many places for food and shopping.

It is excellent situated not far from the city centre (about 5 minutes walk).The apartment area is very nice, there are several supermarkets, restarurants, bars and discos nearby. The room was nice and clean, it also had air conditioning. The host was very friendly and speaks great english. We could reserve boat trips by him. I would stay here again.

Si le paradis existe, il doit ressembler au Seafront Apartment à Kavos ! Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été tout simplement génial. Tout le monde était si bienveillant et charmant que nous avons eu l'impression de rejoindre une grande famille grecque. Merci du fond du cœur aux incroyables familles de Spiros et Costas – et a tout le personnel...Vous avez mis la barre très haut en matière d'hospitalité et de gentillesse ! Les moments passés chez vous étaient tout simplement inoubliables. Entre les sourires, la mer le paysage et les couchers de soleil magnifiques, nous avons vécu des instants magiques. En fait, on envisage sérieusement de poser nos valises ici à plein temps (si seulement nos patrons étaient aussi cools que vous !). Bref, préparez-vous, car nous reviendrons sans hésitation pour encore plus de bons moments. Merci encore pour tout !

We stayed at Seafront Apartments in Kavos and had an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront with stunning sea views that make every moment special. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The family (two brothers) is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities are great, including free Wi-Fi, balconies, and kitchen facilities that make the stay convenient and enjoyable. The bar overlooking the Ionian Sea is a delightful spot to relax with family and friends. Absolutely wonderful stay with spiros and costantinos. The brothers were so welcoming and hospitable. The place is right on the sea front, clear beautiful waters. Just a great experience. Close walk to all bars and restaurants. Green bus stop is just down the road, 2 minute walk. Efcharisto ❤️ Tom and Sarah
