"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore and get around. The combination of friendly service, great amenities, and a prime location makes this hotel a top choice. Highly recommend!" Loads of restaurants coffee shops every place we went to they were so nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Zimmer war das Schlechteste, das wir jemals hatten. Und wir sind schon viel verreist. Ich bin BW Member und dieses Zimmer war eine Zumutung. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, ich hätte ja nicht über BW direkt gebucht. Wollte man uns dafür bestrafen? Es war vielleicht mal ein Gesindezimmer. Die Zimmer waren mit Möbeln aus dem letzten Jahrtausend zugestellt, es gab kein TV, keinen Haartrockner, die Wanne war sehr hoch und hatte keinen Griff, die Elektrizität entsprach nicht der europ. Norm und war sehr gefährlich, da Steckdosen halb heraushingen. Es gab keine Rauchmelder und das Wlan funktionierte auch nicht. Ich möchte auch nicht wissen, wer in diesem verfilzten Teppich wohnte. Die Türen waren vermackt und die Tapeten waren halb abgerissen. Man bot uns für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Zimmer an, aber darauf haben wir verzichtet und sind abgereist. Freude am Urlaub sieht anders aus.

Poor, aircondition was not working, im the higest meber of best western and the last year at have more than 100 nights, and this was the poorest room i have, shampoo poor, the pressure from shower was poor, reception poor, breakfast poor, wery dissapointed

Not the biggest fan of Best Western hotels but this one pleasantly exceeded expectation. Very good size bedroom, well maintained, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was fine, particularly by Eastern European standard. Location was good. Very close to the main promenade for the bars and restaurants, and a 20 minute walk at most to the town hall square at the heart of the old town. Free car parking provided.

Отель в центре старого Каунаса, небольшой и очень уютный. В номерах есть почти все необходимое - нет только тапочек и зубных принадлежностей . Завтрак сытный , но без особых разнообразий. Омлеты, бекон, каша , кофе , чай . Вай -фай оставляет желать лучшего , висело несколько дней. Также забыла в отеле пижаму , но ее не вернули ((
