"The room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels."

He ensured that every meal was served fresh, delicious, and exactly as per our preferences. His dedication to guest satisfaction deserves special appreciation. The food quality was excellent with a wide variety of tasty dishes, and the service in the restaurant was prompt and courteous. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, and the entire hotel reflected high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and well-maintained property made our stay even more memorable. The entire staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. This level of hospitality truly reflects the high standards of Vivanta. I highly recommend Vivanta Katra to anyone visiting Mata Vaishno Devi. If you’re looking for luxury, cleanliness, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality, this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay. A heartfelt thank you once again to Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma and the entire Vivanta team for making our trip so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely visit again."

"The hotel was in a good location. They provided transport until the ban Ganga for way to Vaishno devi temple. Staff was helpful. Amenities were as expected. Service was a bit slow, and the facility was a bit poorly maintained. For example, bathroom tap and towel rack were loose fitted as we kept towels on the rack it fell off, and all the clothes were wet and dirty . The breakfast buffet was a good options and taste was just good enough. Overall, it's good for staying 2 days."
