Location very nice Very hygienic and clean The staff very Co-operative specially the Calcutta girl on the front desk ANUSHMYA or something like that was such a kind , humble and versatile person she helped me so much in guiding Foreigners who don't have pay tm or Google pay Pls take enough cash , no usd can change also

I really liked the ambience and the staff is so well behaved ..especially I liked the nature of one of the staff member Miss, Nirmala ..She has a very polite attitude towards all the customers and the food service given by her was really impressive .. She really deserves to reach all the heights of success and growth ..Even the other staff members were very polite while attending us .. Mr.Vijay Chaudhary and Mr. Vineet Chaudhary showed a real polite attitude while attending us ..I would love to book my stay again and again in hotel Ramada Katra .. & will also recommend my friends and family to book their stay here .. It was amazingly a good experience to stay in this hotel .. Thank you Hotel Ramada and all the staff members for making our visit wonderful at Mata Vaishno Devi , Katra ..

We stayed at Ramada Katra for the first time. Our stay was outstanding. The staff was so polite and friendly. They give special attention to each and every guest. We ate breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Chef Vijay and Manager Vineet looked after so well. We were served by Nisha who was so nice and very helpful. She served us super well and was welcoming. It was an amazing service.

The hotel is great! Location is perfect very near to katra helipad and the hotel also provides a one time free pick up or drop service to helipad. The food and room service is also nice. They have a lot of great options for breakfast and dinner, the food tastes very nice.

The stay was great. Facilities were really great. Staff was supportive. We had kids with us and all there requests were taken care off very well. The restaurant staff especially Ms. Nirmala and the housekeeping staff Mr. Sahil Sharma were really helpfull and courteous. The restaurant manager Mr. Vineet Chaudhary was also very cooperative. Overall a full 5/5 rating from my side.
