Rooms were ok, service was good, if you get room on 3rd floor, then problem as there is no lift in hotel. There is kake ka dhaba just opposite, use it for food. They do not clean room on daily basis, we were surprise that room was not clean when we returned from darshan. Even we have given keys for cleaning they asked that you have not asked for cleaning.

The quality is reducing each time i visit this hotal. The hotal is located in prime area but they are not focusing on the quality, seriveses.

Property is good. Rooms are clean but stinky due to not having exhaust fans in bathroom. Tv not working as cable plan is expired. Shower is leaking. Even one extra bed is charged seperately.

The stay was horrible the rooms are not the way its shown in photos and the staff is very rude, and the hotel does not even provide complimentary water which every hotel does, overall the stay is horrible.

According to the rates, no service is provided. No manner no professionalism to the staff. No hygiene door mats was so disgusting covered with hairs and dust. Delaye in orders. You have to repeat your stay plan to each staff, they are not updated with their customers
