I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

Property was absolutely neat and clean. Rooms were fantastic. Location is superb. We had breakfast for a day only and it was good. For vaishno devi devotees, they have spa inside hotel only and rate is reasonable.

Very nice hotel,neat and clean rooms. We liked the ambiance of hotel. Ample car parking available at persia. Food was soo tasty. Front office staff is cooperative, house keeping service is very prompt. We enjoyed in this hotel Hotel provided us free helipad dropping. Thanks to manahement

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms. 10 mns walking distance from yatri reception point. Lots of eateries nearby. Food in the restaurant is highly recommended.
