Samen met onze dochter heerlijk genoten van een massage. Aggelos hield rekening met pijnlijke zones en onze dochter heeft een heerlijk chocolade massage gehad. Tip check vooraf de prijzen zodat je weet wat je wil qua behandeling. Aanrader.

Personnels accueillants, services et prestations à l'hôtel super. La restauration était parfaite avec un grand choix et tout les jours de nouveaux plats. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à mes proches et je compte revenir. Les enfants ont adoré.

Went in August when it was 30 odd degrees (celcius). Was pretty warm but we had a swim up room, which we constantly used. The pools outside were really nice, the ones that weren’t private were usually pretty crowded. The path outside was often pretty warm, so I definitely recommend bringing some flip flops to easily slide into. There were some things that uou needed extra euros for like bottles of water and plug converters. The Heraklion airport was only 15 minutes away directly via coach. The room was nice and the mini fridge was regularly restocked. The slides outside were really fun and enjoyable. The evening entertainment was good too. The kids waterpark was really nice, with a stall next to it selling delicious ice creams and nice lattes too. The food in the main restaurant was nice, although plain eaters would probably struggle to have a full meal there, we enjoyed it though. As usual in an all-inclusive, the food does get a bit repetitive after a while, but there were always a couple of new things. The one con about the main restaurant was…. The. Chairs. I can’t even explain how loud the squeaks were on the floor, and it was constant. But, if you sat outside it wasn’t so bad. The other two restaurants were also ok. The Greek one called Smile was nice but certainly different to a ‘typical restaurant’. It bought out all the food on the menu for you to try. Again, certainly not the best for picky eaters, although we still enjoyed it. The Asian restaurant was good. They give you a bowl of rice with each main course, and the food itself was flavourful and tasty. The staff at this hotel were always really friendly and approachable. Thank you ☺️!

We had a great holiday staying at Gouves Waterpark, the hotel and park was very clean and the food and drink was excellent. The swimming pools and slides were great and accommodation was clean and comfy. Our only complaint was that as we were staying over October half term the park was winding down for season close, this meant that activities and facilities were stopping/closing towards the end of the week and on our last day the slides and food huts not operating. Whilst we appreciate the park needs to prepare for closing, it was a little disappointing that we didn’t get the full experience of the resort as advertised. We would definitely recommend staying at Gouves Waterpark, but to bear the above in mind if staying at the end of the season.

We stayed recently in a swim up room (family of four (2 teenage boys!) place was immaculately clean, food was for all with plenty of snacks for the children. Great weather, end of season so places outside the resort had closed but that doesn’t reflect on the complex. Previous reviews eluded to watered down alcohol- that is Not the case at all. Staff were constantly friendly and available. Looking to book again next year already.

J'ai passé 10 nuits fin octobre. Pour ce qui est positif : Les chambres sont très bien La restauration est très bonne L'équipe d'animation est parfaite Les infrastructures toboggan pour les enfants sont très bien Pour ce qui est négatif : Les femmes de ménage qui fument dans leur local, qui enfument les couloirs, donc intolérable de subir ça tout les matins avec les enfants Aucun accès à la machine à café le midi dans la salle de restauration La salle de restauration est extrêmement bruyante Aucun distributeur d'eau ou de soft drink à disposition la journée, si vous voulez un simple verre d'eau vous devez faire la queue et le demander au bar Les barmans sont antipathique et très désagréable La qualité des boissons ( vin, alcool, jus ...) est intolérable pour un soit disant hotel 5 étoiles qui est plus un 4. Aucun goûter de prévu pour les enfants, à part des glaces bon marché et des pizzas. Je ne désire pas que mon fils se transforme en enfant en surpoid comme la plus des autres enfants. Les massages et l'accès au spa est plus cher qu'en France dans un hôtel 4 étoiles avec des professionnels qui utilisent des grandes marques de cosmétiques. Pour conclure je dirais que ça fait de la peine de voir la Grèce s'enfoncer dans des offres d hôtellerie aussi médiocre, avec des employés qui devraient laisser leur place à d'autres qui seraient sans doute heureux d'y être. En Tunisie les offres d'hôtel sont biens meilleure et l'accueil aussi. Le principal est que mon fils ai passé de bonnes vacances mais je n'y retournerai pas. J'ai vu dans le coin des hôtels qui ont l'air d'être bcp mieux, à voir

A great family stay, we were a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children). Plenty of vegetarian choices and my kids loved the ice cream! The staff are what make the place great especially Maria and the gentleman who worked at the pizzeria. Always service with a smile. Only reason for the 4 stars is we went end of season so entertainment closed early. Although the animation team were fantastic and worked so hard. Also adult entertainment was not the best. We stayed in the family room and it was quite outdated. However a great stay for all ages and child friendly.

Excellent complexe hôtelier de très belle qualité ! Personnel agréable, et buffet à volonté excellent ! Ça fait très longtemps que je ai pas mangé de légumes aussi savoureux ! Les desserts un régal ! Petit point négatif les horaires d’ouverture de la salle de sport pas assez tôt le matin et fermeture trop tôt le soir Mais sinon superbes vacances

Lovely safe and clean resort in Crete. Amazing food and desserts! Had lovely choices of vegetarian meals - lunch and dinner. Perfect get away for families with kids irrespective of ages. 10 min away from the seaside which was a bonus as well.
