I confirmed first that i would get an early check in. But before 12 hrs, they told that they couldn’t provide early check in in any caste. After getting a call from a political figure, they provided me early check in, but they charged 1400 for those 4 hrs

It's horrible that hotel staff tired to entered in your room at midnight 1 o clock with master key. Manager madam anamika didn't apololized for it. Inf-act given a condition to me that if i agree to remove google review then she will waive off my room charges. I denied her offer. Her behaviour was odd after this discussion.

Terrible! washroom was filthy full of worms. Linen was in a bad shape. Two rooms were changed because of washroom. Had to check out a day earlier.
