I stayed for four days. Very nice stay at darbar hotel. Property is located in heart of city. Amenities are very good. Cleanliness is well maintained in and around property. Staff is gentle and cooperative. Food was excellent. Hospitality was very good.

Excellent experience of my staying in darbar hotel & recidency also staff of hotel is too kind and helpful nature, location of hotel cleanness of hotel is so good i must say it's a butiful and budget friendly stay in kathmandu

Just love this place. I found it 18 years ago first under another name, but even though its revamped and I guess under new management, it is still a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is friendly and helpful and its in a quiet area but close to shops etc. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

I stayed here for two days with my father. It is decent property rooms are clean food was tasty all the basic amenities were there. Lift is not there so if anyone has problem in climbing the stairs be careful

booked for 2 nights . on reaching hotel got welcome drink. the front staff were attentive and helpful. I got my room at 3rd floor - no lift. Room was quite ordinary it appears a residence has been converted into a hotel. backside runs a school and you will hear loud noise during day time. there is no breakfast spread. you have to choose from 3 options - Indian, American and continental - only one type will be served. I opted for poori bhaji which was fresh and tasty. Location is not that great - it is deep inside a lane. Overall, not a relaxing experience. Will not like to repeat in future trips.
