1. The location is excellent. It is located in the wealthy residential area in the Tamil tourist area. There are all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops within a five-minute walk... There are also vegetable markets (Figure 9), butcher shops (Figure 7), milk shops, barber shops, SAP shops, small supermarkets...
2. The hotel has complete facilities, and the kitchen facilities must be praised. There are all kinds of pots and pans. We stayed for a total of 10 days. We bought vegetables and cooked by ourselves, and we could also buy fresh ingredients and ask the kitchen to help process them. It was very fun.
3. The top floor is a restaurant. Breakfast is semi-self-service and needs to be ordered. The kitchen is open and the hygiene is good.
4. Water quality problem, this is a common situation in Kathmandu~ Because of the use of groundwater, the water quality is worrying. We brought our own water purification and sterilization filter pot (Figure 5 is a comparison of tap water before and after filtration). They gave us what we booked (superior apartment). The room was well maintained with good vibe but bathroom lacked few services (for instance, poor shower condition). Food was good enough for us. Overall service was above average. I would expect few improvements in my next visit.

Very good hotel as everything was nice. My friend and I would surely stay here again next time we visit Kathmandu. Great location, great service and friendly staff. Room is Very comfortable & Breakfast was fantastic . I Would definitely recommend this Hotel!

Amenities: Good internet and backup generator during frequent power outages. Cons Location: Dogs barking at night can still be heard. Room: No soundproofing, so you'll hear everything, from doves outside to neighbors in the hallway. The bathroom window lacks blinds, forcing us to improvise with a bathrobe. Shower pressure is weak and inconsistent, and there's no shelf for toiletries. The minibar stayed at room temperature throughout our stay.
