Otel harika ama maalesef odada bir koku var. Islak hali kokusu. Cam acik yatmak zorunda kaldik konu yuzunde.
Dista bir problel var , dis yaparken tum banyo islaniyor.
Personel cok iyi, guler yuzlu vd yardim sever. Oda temizdi. Kahvalti guzeldi

Dedeman kalitesi biliniyor fakat Kastamonu oteli standartları çok yukarıya çekmiş.
Personelin ilgisi ve kibarlığı çok hoştu.
Oda konsepti, tasarımı harika. Herşey çok yeni ve çok temizdi.
1 kırık not yazayım ama bu genel otellerde sorun; gece kendinden açılan havalandırmalar.

Odaları küçük ama otel yeni ve güzel, çarşafları çok temiz, en önemlisi yerlerde saç yok oda temizliği ***et iyi. Kahvaltılarda tatlı çeşidi yok, sadece tek tip kek var, pekmez helva reçel çeşitleri olabilirdi. Otel girişi yaya dostu yapılmamış, bavulla nereden yürüyeceğini şaşırıyor insan, taksi avm önü bırakıyor tam oturmamış düzen.

Oda büyük, çok temiz ve çok konforlu idi. Kızım alerjikti yastıklardan bütün gece hapşurdu. Anti alerjik yastık istedik yoktu. Ertesi gece koltuktaki yastıkla yatıp sorunu çözdük. Asansör düzgün çalışmıyor. Bir tanesi rastgele katlarda duruyor bir türlü kendi katınıza ulaşamıyorsunuz.
