My recent stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were clean. The breakfast offered a delicious options. , and I would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had a very pleasant stay with my wife and my kid. The service is top. We felt like at home. The guy who works at the bar is the best, his name is Kastriot / Sina. He absolutely deserves a pay rise. The girl who is the manager of the hotel is also very good, so is the other one at the reception too. The hotel was very clean, the food was good. There are many acitivty to play for kids. It must be said that there are many stairs, the place needs an elevator. Also the internet doesn't work in the rooms only at the restaurant so it must be improved.

+I appreciate that this is a smaller hotel (70 something rooms if I remember right). There was never a problem with finding lounger chairs at the pool or a good table in the restaurant. +It's noticeable that this is a tight-knit operation. The staff is very friendly and you can see them working very hard every day for long hours. Despite this they were always friendly and helpful. +We were happy that the buffet (we had half-board) had plenty of Greek specialties and not just general European tourist mix cuisine. While at the same time having good alternatives for the kids that might not be familiar with Mediterranean food. +Pool bar was very reasonably priced compared to a lot of the options in the surrounding area. +The surrounding beaches are fantastic with very pleasant - As other reviewers have mentioned the Wi-Fi was really unreliable. In the upper building (where our room was) it was very hard to get a consistent connection - WASPS! This is more of a general issue with the area rather than the hotel's but there were a LOT of wasps in this area of Halkidiki. We had problems with them all the way down to the beach. My wife was stung (not on hotel grounds) during our stay. Overall I can recommend the area which has not become completely exploited but is retaining a a lot of genuine Greek charm and hospitality. In this regard Kriopigi felt much more attractive than the Greek Islands for comparison.

Great stay! Our second time choosing Palladium Hotel. A family owned business that really makes you feel like home. So caring and amazing! Great staff, cleanliness, food, swimming pool, pool bar, professional and friendliness staff. Once again we had an amazing stay and will definitely choose you again. Highly recommend!

The room was good but the rest was disgrace, we paid half board for one week nearly €2000 and we never eat there, in one week there was always the same 5 dishes of food if i paid that sum of money i pretend something better, the staff was f….. bad, the pool bar is a joke and keep going, i dont reccomend to no one

I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel, we arrived on the first night to be given a very disappointing room which looked absolutely nothing like any room’s advertised. When we asked if we could pay to upgrade our room, the receptionist was very rude and said we couldn’t do this as it was my own fault for not booking the most expensive room. Restaurant and bar staff were very lovely and helpful but reception staff were very rude. Food is the same everyday and not enough options for any of the 3 meals. There was no entertainment/ water sport as advertised so hotel was very boring. I am most disappointed with how we were treated on our final day, our flight was not until 9pm and check out of the hotel was 11am, we asked if we could have a later check out but were told 12 was the latest which is ok I understand they would have had other bookings. But they took our all inclusive wrist bands off us at 11am which meant we could no longer eat or drink at the hotel. We arrived late on our first day and was made to leave early on our last day, we paid for a full 7 days and was only given our all inclusive option for 5! I will not be returning to this hotel.

My partner and I stayed here 11th September to the 21st. The Hotel is very pleasant , not too keen on the stairs and asked to be moved to the lower floor which the receptionist was very helpful with. We had a lovely view, infact this Hotel had good views all round. The Staff were very pleasant all round. Was not very impressed with the Food as it was repetitive and and luke warm. Eggs were cold and if i see another Frankfurter I'll shoot myself lol. There was only one Coffee Machine and if you wanted Fresh Orange you had to pay for it but none of this ruined our holiday . Booking this Hotel i was looking forward to the entertainment, none, only two Greek performers but it was out of season so think this should be reflected on their description of the Hotel. The Pool area was very impressive and overall it was a good holiday. As pointed out by another traveller the so called Steps to the Supermarket are absolutely dangerous and I think this issue should be addressed promto The Beach was lovely, and the Hotel arranged a shuttle service Mon,Wed,Fri. The service to the town only run on a Friday from 9pm to 11pm, not very useful. Overall a good holiday and i would recommend this Hotel.

My partner and I just finished our 10 day holiday here in halkidiki and had the most amazing time! The staff are amazing especially the bar man florian and the bar lady who worked tirelessly making sure everything was always ready for guests. The waiter vasilis was always attentive and friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was clean with great food and the chef was lovely and very passionate about his food. Very near to a beach however the access to the beach is quite dangerous due to the steps so be careful if you have young children or mobility issues. The beach is beautiful and feels like you’re stepping into another island. (just make sure you don’t go through the 5* hotel as they will tell you off if you walk through with a water bottle). Very chilled area with not much nightlife but the hotel definitely makes up for it so it’s a great family hotel. Entertainment in the evening was advertised but did not happen but this could have been due to the time of year. Only downfall we had of this hotel was once we checked out we got told our all inclusive had finished although we had paid for 10 days. I know some hotels do this but payed for the 10th day, and still had a 4 hour wait until our transfer to the airport (having to pay €26 for 2 bowls of chips). One excursion to definitely visit is the blue lagoon cruise. Lots of the other excursions however they were hours away. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
