Not recommended for families. No view of the forest and river. Staff behaviour has improved but not up to level. Short circuit in whole bathroom. Tv is there but of no use. No positive vibes in whole property. Better to spend more and get better hotels nearby river side. Teribble experience with staff which ended in arguments at the time of leaving.

Pathetic service. Toilet flush was not working. Intercom was dead. We need to visit reception all the time. Even mineral water was not available and the water they provide cause us loose motion

The room was small and the washroom was quite small. Secondly the tariff was quite high in comparison to the amenities. The location is quite decent which is near to the market. The room and the washroom were supposed to be very clean. Even i was not provided with hot water kettle which is quite basic in a tariff of 3000. In my opinion complimentary breakfast should be provided in this amount.

The hotel stay was amazing, the paravati valley is not so close. But anyhow the view is amazing. Rooms are so comfortable with cleanliness maintained. See attached

Very unprofessional behaviour by hotel manager we have paid for 2days and 1st day they allotted a random room which is a very bad experience next day they shifted to proper deluxe room but if i am paying for 2days and get the service for 1day then it's pathetic to book from make my trip.

Excellent atmosphere, great location and great vibes. Hotel located near the mall road. It was a amazing experience, good food with good music. Rooms were neat and clean. It was well time spend with hotel vansh. Everyone must visit the place, reasonable price including dinner and breakfast, you can visit with your family and friends and couple too.

It was such nice experience of staying there. Views of the hotel's room are awesome. Staff of the hotel were so nice and food was fantastic. Over all its great experience.
