From hotel staff to hotel location. All the things we enjoyed the best. Love the view from hotel is also amazing.

The small room was very bad. I think the deluxe room is better. View was awesome. Staff also good. Food quality is average.

It was good. Everything which was needed was there. It was homely. But it was 3 km from kasauli.

Location can be found on the map. Food was okay. Had few issues with the electricals in the room. No chair/table/dressing mirror provided in the room. Not in a walkable distance to mall road.
