Just returned from our stay at Saray Suites wow what an amazing hotel ! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we got treated like royalty by all the amazing staff. Big Thank you to Alpi on front of house who allocated us a delux room with sea views which was amazing lovely and spacious and modern room which was cleaned and towels changed every day, Alpi also gave us any info we needed regarding the resort etc A very warm welcome every morning at breakfast and throughout the day from Ismail who we had regular chats with and Omar our waiter every morning. Every member of staff from the waiters, pool guy, managers bar staff in the evenings everybody went over and above to make our stay amazing. Also a huge thanks to Elvis and Ibraham on the bar for supplying our regular evening drinks and lots of laughs you really made our stay so much fun in the gorgeous modern bar. Ismail you have a fantastic team on board and the food at breakfast and evening on the roof top terrace was amazing with outstanding views of Kalkan. This was our first visit to Kalkan but we have said we will definitely be returning to Saray suites again. Also Great location with about 10 mins walk to the centre of town. A beautiful room with a terrace, excellent hotel design, good restaurant - enjoyed breakfast and also as an option for lunch or dinner. It is a bit difficult to get with the luggage (hotel on the pedestrian street, no elevator), but there are also pluses - the restaurant right on the picturesque street, a beautiful view from the terrace, the location of the hotel in the center. According to the service there were nuances, but with the whole everything liked and recommended to choose.

The apartments are located on a busy, noisy intersection. The room is spacious, everything is available. The impression is spoiling half a broken shower, hardly opening-closing door on the terrace and half a broken umbrella on the terrace.

We had 8 lovely days here. Our aim was to chill and relax which was easy here, and the location is great to visit other places. The bedroom and bathroom were small but very clean and bright and the bed was large and comfortable. The view from our room was absolutely amazing, one of the best I have ever had, in many years of travel. The pool is well kept and the private beach with its own bar, lovely single and double sunbeds and steps into the sea for a refreshing swim is the perfect place to sip a cold drink and watch the sun set. The food was very nice, great value.Staff were wonderful, so helpful and polite. We hope to return one day.

Manzarasının insanı kendisine hayran bıraktığı oteldi.İnternetteki fotoğraflarının üstüne insanın kendi gözüyle görünce daha da büyülendiği yerdi.Gün batımı zaten efsane olan otel oda seçeneklerinin çokluğu ile insanın kafasını da karıştırmakta.Biz zencefil odada kaldık.Odanın hem içinde hem dışında jakuzisi bulunmaktaydı.Oda boydan boya deniz manzarasına sahip çok etkileyiciydi.Odanın büyüklüğü yeterli olup temizliği ve içerisindeki eşyalar bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi.Otele ait otopark bulunmamakla birlikte yol üzerinde yer bulabilirsiniz.Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.Otelin aşağıda kendine ait şezlongları olup denizi çok güzeldi.İskelenin oradaki merdiven derma çatma ve kırıktı.Otelin ortak kullanım havuzu da mevcuttu.Kahvaltısı açık büfe olup yeterliydi,lezzetleri standarttı.Biz konaklamamız esnasında restaurantta balık söylemiştik lezzetliydi .Fast foodlar için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim,lezzet açısından geliştirilebilirlerdi.

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kas turned out to be a real disappointment. We had booked a room with a sea view in advance, but in fact we were placed in a room with a view of bushes and garbage bins! This discrepancy with expectations immediately caused indignation, and we contacted the reception with a request to solve the problem. Instead of offering an adequate solution, we were offered to move to a room with a sea view only for an additional fee of 50 dollars. This is despite the fact that the cost of accommodation was already 20 thousand rubles per day. Such an attitude towards customers and an openly greedy approach are simply unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 4-5 star hotel. We found ourselves in a difficult situation: it was impossible to refuse to check in, since in the middle of the season it is almost impossible to find an alternative, and we could simply be left on the street. The staff was absolutely indifferent and showed no interest in helping, clearly preferring to make money on guests rather than solve the problem. The hotel is absolutely not worth its money, and its work leaves an exclusively negative impression. We will not use this service in the future and will recommend all our friends to avoid both this hotel and TRIP.COM, so as not to end up in a similar unpleasant situation. We attach a photo of what we were ”offered” instead of the promised sea view.
