Very popular hotel, newly renovated, rich breakfast. The two rooms are very warm and clean. Unfortunately, the washing machine and induction cooker in the room are not allowed to be used. It is a pity that the equipment is left empty and cannot be used. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is very rich, and the opening hours of the swimming pool are not reasonable. From 10 to 7 pm every day, it is the time for us to go out and play. We can't even go for a swim when we come back in the evening.

On the positive side: the view (and only on the upper floors) We were put in the attic (in August) and waited 24 hours for the room to cool down! The view is stunning, but that's it! Very dirty! Very! Cockroaches in the bathroom! Sand all over the room! Slippers stick to the floor on the balcony! Everything is falling apart, cracks in the doors! They are constantly bent because it is an attic! 1 mirror in the bathroom and it only reflects the groin area, so you have to kneel to see your face! When we asked to change the room, naturally there were no available ones! We booked in season for 4 nights - 46,000 rubles. This is very expensive for this type of accommodation. Naturally, there is no talk of changing towels and bedding, because apparently these are apartments. You have to walk up the mountain at an angle of 90 degrees, so this should also be taken into account! The mattress is sooooo soft that even for me it was torture to sleep (although I am not picky about beds). The Jacuzzi is huge (also naturally not washed) in the middle of the room 🤷🏼‍♀️ To summarize: only the view is super, but you can enjoy the view from another hotel! The photos are beautifully taken, in life not everything is so rosy.

From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. The hotel is a family run property and the owners are very friendly and professional. The comms on WhatsApp was very efficient as rather than going back n forth to the reception or other areas we would communicate on WhatsApp and made it so easy. The hotel is on top of the hill with gated and controlled entrance. A quaint hotel, as we got to reception and sat down to check in we immediately created this impression that we were going to have a wonderful stay at this hotel and we exactly did that. The staff is truly friendly and couldn’t do more, offered all the information and assistance one could ask for. They offered to park our car away that’s is looked after by the guard, helped with out luggage and check in was very efficient. The property offers beautiful view as displayed on the web, has a swimming pool with mountain attached to it with a man made waterfall into the pool giving it a natural waterfall from a mountain. Very clean. There is bar at the pool that offers hot and cold drinks all day long and also breakfast is served at this area with beautiful views of Kas and Mediterranean. The rooms are very clean including shower room and offers tea/coffee facilities with clean towels, safe, complimentary water and lemonade on the first day only. The hotel doesn’t offer lunch or dinner but offer to get delivery at the hotel but we didn’t need it as Kas centre/main square/marina is only 2 mins walk down the steps from the hotel, what a superb location for this hotel, you can be in hustle and bustle of Kas in the evening and in 2 mins back to the tranquility of the hotel. The hotel also arranged a boat tour for us from a reputable company and the cost was same as going direct don’t charge extra to arrange it. We also opted for sea room view which was well worth it, we would sit and have our drinks at sunset in the balcony and then head down to the streets of Kas for some shopping and dinner. The Kas town is very small with a few strays but with lots of eateries that we loved, one of the streets you come across down from hotel represents Greek style as being in Mykonos old town offering white wash cobbled street with everyone posing for the photos in beautiful location. We loved our stay and definitely recommend and even go back.

I like the town of Kash very much. This location is also great. On the border of the most lively area, I go out to various small shops. I go to the port for three minutes. The front desk can also help with the car. There is a spa downstairs. After taking the bus for 10 hours, I pressed a comfortable one to the hotel.

We had an excellent stay here, (so much so that we booked an extra two nights). The accomodation is very modern and fresh with a contemporary feel to it. You are welcomed with a drink of tea or coffee, nice touch. The manager was excellent, always on hand and very helpful as was his assistant. The rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. With good wifi. (There were many guests apparently working remotely). The breakfast was a great spread, buffet style, with something to everyones taste I'm sure. The apartments are very central, with restuarants, supermarkets, dolmus and harbour all very close by. There is a lift to all floors. The communal areas were very pleasant to sit around. We stayed in a suite with a balcony for the first two nights but to be honest the rooftop suites with the low door access to a larger balcony had a much more commanding view and are less expensive.

A friendly, central, clean and cute hotel. Kind & helpful staff. The decor was artistic and our room compact with all facilities. The breakfast was excellent - tasty, fresh, big selection & we even asked for some cooking tips. Soothing, sea views. Quiet, parking outside. A stone's throw from the shops, harbour and local mosque - handy. We'd booked after seeing the hotel mentioned in a recent piece in ”The Guardian” newspaper. A good choice for our first visit to Kas. Had a wonderful eight night stay in the Carruba boutique hotel. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience- staff were all lovely, hotel is spotless, huge bedroom with breathtaking views of Kas and the marina. It’s a 10 minute walk from the harbour to the hotel- uphill, as is everywhere in Kas but not too challenging. The breakfast was outstanding- freshly made salads were a highlight. We’re now in another hotel in Turkey which isn’t a patch on the Carruba and has made us appreciate our stay even more. Thanks for an amazing time hope to return soon.

Провели в апартаментах 5 месяцев. Всё было супер - хороший ремонт, всевозможная посуда, моющие средства. Главное - шикарный вид на острова и марину, особенно с верхних этажей и в целом удобное расположение - недалеко от центра, хотя подниматься в гору тяжеловато когда ходишь 3-5 раз в день. Есть небольшой бассейн в котором можно освежиться и позагорать. Владельцы отзывчивые и готовы помочь с любым запросом. В следующий раз с удовольствием вернемся в эти апартаменты. Кондиционеры мощные, есть в каждой комнате - тепло зимой и прохладно летом.

Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.

I booked the most expensive room type and went with hope. Who knew that the positioning provided by Trip.com was inaccurate. It took a while to find it, and I asked two foreigners on the roadside to take us to find it. It’s simply the mode of the homestay. It’s super dark. There are not many lights. Even the ones who return to the room have no lights. They are drunk with their own mobile phone flashlight. Except for the sea view, everything else is not good... I really don’t understand why Trip.com will push this so-called hotel. Come up, also ranked third, really pit people ～～～ Ctrip clearly said that it takes an extra 45 euros to bring children to stay, and it actually said that it costs 85 euros. Fortunately, there is a little brother who can communicate to help me communicate well ～～～ The most expensive one, who knows the worst is here...
