The place lacks cleanliness. The left over food & plates which were left outside the neighbouring rooms were lying as it is from the time we checked in and till we checked out the next day. The hotel is good. The management should give importance towards good customer experience.

Hotel is in good location. Staff were friendly. One negative in room 2006, bathroom needs repair. Flush button was broken and bath glass wall was removed so water gets sprayed to the toilet area while you bath. Valet parking is missing. Overall service was good.

Hotel Hemala is one of the few best hotels in K***r. It's one of the few star hotels in K***r. I happened to stay here for a day during a meeting, I had a fabulous time. Better ambience with quality service. The customer support was extremely satisfactory. Food served is best in terms of taste. One can get every variety possible for lunch as well as dinner. This is one fine place even people from abroad choose to stay. Might find the prices a bit on the higher side, but its worth the pay.
