A comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms for a big plus to travel with friends. Quiet neighborhood, more for motorists to commute to selected places. Plus for Express coffee and hair dryer :) I find the stay very enjoyable :)

I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

The Wild Flow Hotel in Karpacz is located about 2 km from the center of Karpacz, and has been found by the noise and the turmoil of the crowd of tourists in the season, all of which is ideal. The main building with reception, restaurant, cafe and swimming pool. The hotel is in category 3 stars. In my opinion, it is fully worth it, and maybe even 4 ****. The room is very well equipped. In the rooms large, comfortable, wide marriage beds, sofa, chairs and other furniture. The kettle and refrigerator is also in the room. TV. Refrigerator, coffee and tea cooking set, daily supplemented and without limit super mineral water. Clean without charge. The cleaning ladies serve and fulfill. The reception service is very nice. Buffet meals are very abundant and quite diverse, with coffee, tea and juices, fruit and cake. You can really eat for resistance and no one should complain. Additional towels. Three working saunas: dry Finnish, steam-great and steam. Besides, everything was OK. On the spot bar serves cold beer and drinks. WIFI in the room works without charge. General rating very positive. I highly recommend the Wild Flow Hotel in Karpacz. Stanisław, Kwizyn

Unfortunately, my wife and I were a little disappointed in our stay. Hotel 4*, but many things were not very nice to us. Services at a poor level: cleaning room was only about possible switching towels and emptying the trash and ashtray (dirty mirror in the bathroom has not paid attention to any of the girls in favour for 4 days; Empty coffee cups have been lying in the room since the first day; the glasses have not been replaced or washed). There is certainly no kettle and tea in the room (this is probably the standard in 3*). There were often no warm meals (egg, sausages); sometimes already at 9.30 where breakfast lasts until 10th. There was one socket in the room (a little if everyone has their phone). During the check-in there was no nice surprise - someone took the massage service and the bill was added to our room. Fortunately, it was very easy to explain - signature under The account was completely different. With the pluses that surprised us, this beautiful garden and climate decoration (the question of taste because not everyone needs to like it). In summary, the amount of ”failings and stuttering” is not acceptable to us, The hotel offers nothing extraordinary that might have a bad impression on the above issues. Moreover, if someone is not a hot mountain tourist, there will not be too much tourist attractions in the area (up to 30km).

Everything was as it was stated in the description. We felt very comfortable. If you want to go into town, you have to put up with a 30- minute walk away. But there are many taxis and for a reasonable price
