Good location for a four star hotel. The hotel is close to the commercial area and the surrounding environment is also very good. Calling a taxi from the main fire is almost 9 euros. The hotel is very hygienic and the front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym. It’s just that the texture of the interior decoration is better. Later, Karu will choose to live here.

I was originally staying at another hotel for the duration of my holiday to visit some friends in Karlsruhe, but ended up getting the dates mixed and needed an extra night at a hotel. The price for the one night stay I had was really affordable, and it was not a long way from my friends. Even if the stay was only for one night, the hotel and the room itself was really nice! The staff was nice and helpful as well, which made my check-in and check-out very pleasant! The area was nice and quiet, and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel considering it was only for one night!

Hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly at check in. Low quality breakfast though. Arrived two hours before closing and they were out of almost everything and nothing was refilled. The orange juice was empty, bacon empty, eggs cold, pancake machine just switched off etc. Saw people (not sure if guests or contractors) filling up their own containers with drinks and food, which is also unsanitary but the staff didn’t care. Also this hotel suffers from something that is common in Germany. The knocking on doors when they know someone is in the room still even though it’s not checkout time. This is a practice that must stop. A good nights sleep and friendly reception staff but that’s about it.

Nice hotel, good environment and convenient transportation. Next to the train station and the zoo. Walk to the Royal Palace and Constitution Square. The layout of the palace is similar to the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and the scenery is not too good. The Constitution Square is very distinctive. Booked a single room, only a 1 meter small bed, enough for business trips, facilities are traditional German hotels, sparrows are small and complete. The hotel is very historic and a traditional elevator is featured. The hotel is large, the room is quite a lot, the breakfast seems to be simpler, the place to eat breakfast is also very small, I don't know if the guest is not open. Only a group of business Koreans are eating, the cups are messy, and no one is sorting out in time. The restaurant only sees a waiter.

Hotel is closely located to the Messe Karlsruhe and easily accessible by public transportation. The look and feel of the hotel is modern in overall and is nicely done (floral-themed), the rooms clean and nicely furnished. Overall nice stay. However, two things we weren’t pleased about and also heard other people complain about: This hotel is not accepting any cash but cards only. For guests from abroad, even small bills needed to be paid with card and commission usually apply for each transaction. Totally get the thinking of the cards-only policy but it definitely is not guests-friendly at all. The other thing is that we forgot to bring our travel adapter. Not the first time but in all previous hotel, we have also been able to borrow one from the reception. From a hotel which is located closest to a venue like the Messe Karlsruhe and with almost 160 rooms, we would’ve expected that they are prepared with a few travel adapter. Fact is: they have not a single one. As said: overall nice stay and we would probably book again, if we’re going to visit the Messe Karlsruhe but otherwise, we would definitely look for another hotel.

The hotel opened the day before, so there is still a building atmosphere in one or two corners, especially outside.
Location in an unattractive mixed-use commercial area, easy to reach by car, the nearest tram is about 300m away.
The rooms and the hotel are modern and chic, we also liked the way the breakfast was presented and the selection.
The Hipster Studio we booked has a small kitchenette with a fridge, and Bluetooth speakers for the smartphone are also useful.
However, the Hipster Studio is definitely not the 32 sqm listed!
Mostly friendly staff.
In summary, we liked it, and it is currently good value for money.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für Wellness und Erholung. Sauna Erlebnis und Badelandschaft sehr gut. Die Peeling‘s und Getränke runden das ganze Erlebnis ab . Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr Vielfältig. Die S-Bahn stellt keine Lärmbelästigung dar. Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man sich erholen möchte und ein erholsames Wellness Erlebnis sucht ist es hier perfekt. Qualitativ gut und sauber.

The staff was very nice! However, the light in the room did not go through a steam lamp, the refrigerator did not work, just like the air deduction in the toilet. Had on Saturday when we came from a wedding the feeling our toilet was used several times. At the weather of course extremely pleasant. The floor apparently sticked only with cleaning. The smink mirror was not useful because a screw was missing.

Every time we pass through Karlsruhe we stay here - the atmosphere is great, staff are wonderful, breakfast is included and many other perks for free (that other hotels have since long stopped providing), fantastic rooms, and even jogging route suggestions. And then the location - so central, easy parking and great shopping, walks and eating possibilities just on your doorstep. Warmly recommended!

GGuest UserHotel della catena B&B Hotels che ben conosciamo grazie alle esperienze positive avute in Francia, Italia e Germania, comodamente situato a breve distanza dall’ingresso sud della stazione centrale di Karlsruhe. Prenotato tramite il sito internet di B&B al costo di 78€ per una notte, due persone, colazione esclusa, posso dire che si è trattato di un ottimo soggiorno. Probabilmente il prezzo è stato un po’ oltre alla media ma, la presenza dell’ampio parcheggio gratuito in garage, collegato direttamente alla struttura tramite ascensore, è stato perfetto e ci ha permesso di girare la città anche il mattino successivo, solo questo vale un voto massimo. La camera è la classica di questo tipo di albergo (qui era presente anche un terzo letto) con bagno (dotato anche di phon) Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e, dietro al letto, una riproduzione della particolare mappa cittadina a ventaglio. Come in tutti gli alberghi della catena però, la mancanza un piccolo frigorifero è la cosa che più si fa sentire e, almeno per mio modo di vedere la stanza, aggiungerlo cambierebbe molto. In ogni caso, il gentile personale dell’albergo si è mostrato disponibile a mettere in fresco dei ghiaccioli, utili per trasportare qualcosa nella nostra borsa frigo. Grazie alla vicinanza alla stazione, basta percorrere il lungo passaggio che dall’ingresso sud porta all’ingresso principale per trovare diversi tram comodissimi per il centro città oltre a treni diretti nelle vicinanze o anche oltre e, ancora più in periodo di 9-Euro Ticket, questo è stato veramente perfetto. Un ottimo albergo, comodo, silenzioso, ben gestito, sicuramente sarebbe la prima scelta per un nuovo soggiorno a Karlsruhe.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 12 für 2 Nächte in 12 einzeln genutzten Zimmern Anfang Mai 2022 dort. Zudem hatten wir 2 halbe Tage einen Meeting room mit Service angemietet. Ich habe solche Treffen schon öfters organisiert und kann daher feststellen, dass zum ersten Mal alles funktioniert hat. Alle Anschriften, Rechnungen und organisatorische Vorbereitungen passten vorzüglich. Die Zimmer waren modern, nicht überladen, sehr funktional und sauber. Der Check in sowie die dortige Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war absolut top. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war überraschend umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Die Bar wurde zwar „nur“ von der Rezeption mitbedient, reichte aber absolut aus. Dieses Haus ist für Städte-Reisende und Geschäftsreisende gleichermaßen empfehlenswert.

She has always sought to meet my concerns and needs. Whatever the check-in, booking additional services or recommendations for local attractions, she has always been extremely helpful and competent. The receptionist also showed a remarkable organizational talent. She managed to handle the requests of several guests at the same time, always maintaining a quiet and professional treatment. No matter how stressful it was behind the treasure, she always kept her positive attitude and made the impression that she was personally careful of every guest. In addition, the receptionist was always premature and emotional. She took time to listen to my questions and concerns patiently and give me the feeling that my wellbeing was the highest priority for her. Your service was always characterized by a personal note that made my stay even more pleasant. In general, I would like to praise the hotel receptionist for her extraordinary performance and her excellent skills. She is a valuable staff member who enrichs the Hotel Angel by her professionalism, hospitality and awareness. GGuest UserWe come back after spend 2 nights in this hotel where no heater our room number is 309 corner room without heating ….. we arrive in good health and come back with fiver small child and his mom get fiver because of mistake this hotel and when we ask them they say it’s because of economy but on lobby area very good heating so economy just to make us sick wow 👍👍👍😠😠 we let room for cleaning but on cleaning way they do what just arrange your blanket nothing else even no coffee no water refill towel dirty they let for us ……..!! With booking Agoda it’s mark parking included but hotel staff not agree with this they charge us 48 euros for 2 night park your car which is not kind and they don’t care of what is written on your voucher they just looking way of them So finely it was very bad experience with Achat plaza hotel in Karlsruhe, Germany Never want to go back there and recommend to others please make clear before if there heater and one more thing Zero room service we call for tea because my wife get sick they say go down in restaurant to search we don’t have room service and in the restaurant 6 clients eating around of them 4 waiters Super hard work …… Very very upset Zero Service Achat hotel

GGuest UserThe reception by the staff at the reception was friendly but somewhat chaotic. Unfortunately, there were also staff at the reception who were rather embarrassed by questions and that also clearly showed. Rooms 208 is quiet but very narrow. The bathroom is very large and perfectly enough in relation to the room. Unfortunately, all silicon fuels were strongly coloured and partly equipped with fungal liabilities. The quality of the room and bathroom cleaning was very dependent on the staff of the housekeeping. The first two days were still sticks of flat glasses and bottles, and undefinable sticks on the sticks in the bathroom and on the desk. The quality of the mattress was good but unfortunately the kits were not so good. The service to get a coffee or other hot drinks at any time in the breakfast room is a nice gesture. Breakfast was in order without being something special. The parking situation is challenged by the hotel's own parking house with a maximum height of the vehicles to be adjusted of 1.5 m.

GGuest UserWe were from Friday to Sunday for a concert in Karlsruhe and had little rights to a hotel.
First of all the good: breakfast was good and we were welcomed friendly. However, our room was a conception: lubricant walls and a wooden ceiling decorated by floors. The bathroom was clean and the mattresses were good, so we stayed, especially as most hotels were booked. The condition of the room was known, we were informed. Very bad, because we had booked very early.

TTIANYIThis is the closest hotel to the Karoo Railway Station. It is a 2-minute walk from the train station and there are trams and bus stops at the door, so the traffic is extremely convenient. The facilities in the room are quite ordinary, but the layout is reasonable and very clean. There is breakfast available downstairs from the hotel, starting from 6.30am, the price is 12 euros. The price/performance ratio of breakfast is still very high, it is recommended.
