Ночь с 24 на 25 октября мне обошлась болне 200 евро из за 2 броней в общем меня ввели в заблуждение и я бронировал дважды а в возрате средств отказали , вернее кормили обещаниями до последнего...

The facilities were good and the view was nice. I received the spa service, but it's a pity that the time was short, but the child and our couple were satisfied. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall it was satisfactory for the price.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Direkte Centrum Lage. Parkplatz 20€ am Tag.
Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Nachts hört man wassergeräusche. Wahrscheinlich Klima.
Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer sind in keinem guten Zustand. Sie sind alt und abgelebt. Die Heizung/ Klimaanlage lässt sich in unserem Zimmer nicht abschalten. Parkplätze stehen nur sehr wenige zur Verfügung. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind eine Katastrophe. Sehr unfreundlich!!! Hier werden wir nie wieder herkommen.

Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes historisches Hotel mit reichhaltigem und guten Frühstück. Der Sauna- und der Poolbereich sind leider etwas klein. Es gibt frische Bademäntel und Saunatücher zu genüge. Der Barbereich hat Live Musik und ein tolles Ambiente. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück und Abendessen Buffet gut. Getränke zum Essen nur Säfte, Wein, Wasser bei HP inklusive. Lage perfekt, alles zu Fuß möglich. Sehr nettes Personal. Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt. Karlsbad ist eine Reise wert.
