I used it when I walked ”town” in Tokoname. It is about a 3-minute walk from ”Meitetsu Tokoname Station” and there is also a free flat parking lot, so it is convenient to go by train or by car (I went by car). The main building I stayed in seems to have opened in 2004 (the annex is 2019), so it's not that new, but it was cleaned properly and there was no shortage of facilities and equipment. I felt a little old in the form of shower toilet (because it is Tokoname, naturally shower toilet instead of washlet). Since it is a route inn, the buffet breakfast was free and there were many types of Japanese and Western menus, so I was satisfied. There were restaurants in the area between Tokoname Station and Tokoname Boat Racecourse, and there were several convenience stores within walking distance.
