Slow check in
The ****** experience was not that good,
It seems like they do you a favor to let you play,
Instead of appreciate the guests,
Unprofessional ruling from the floor manger,
They ask you not to speak at any language besides English but they will speak Russian and Greek and Turkish and it is ok?!?!?

Beğenmedim, Royal ve Premium gidilebilir. Burası grubun en eski oteli. Yemek kokusu her yerden hissediliyor. Çalışanlar çok klbar. Yemekleri fena değil. Banyolarda küvet var, oda temizliği daha iyi olabilir. Bitki çayları çok güzel. Yeşil çay hariç.

Öncelikle başta otel personellerine bize göstermiş oldukları ilgi ve alakadan dolayı şükranlarımızı sunarız. Her şey olağan üstüydü. Yemekler, tatlılar gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Bir sürü otelde konakladim ama burası her anlamda diğer otellerin önüne geçer. Misafir ilişkilerinde görevli Açelya Hanım'a ilgisi ve yardım severligi ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Hizmeti, personeli, yemekleri herşeyiyle muhteşem bir otel. Otel içindeki kaplumbağa rehabilitasyon merkezi ve Kral’a🦜aşık olduk. Hizmette sınır olmayan, keyifle ve güleryüzle çalışan personellerle dolu bir otel. Konumu ve denizi de çok güzel. Her sene ailece gitmeye karar vererek ayrıldık otelden, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Çalışanların ilgisi ve güler yüzlülüğü mükemmeldi. Yemekler çok güzel ve fazlasıyla çeşitlilik vardı. Denizi çok güzeldi. Odalar ferah ve temiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Sıkılmadan rahat ve zevkli bir tatil için gelin. :)))))))

Visited for 5 nights with 3 adult kids. Superior food served at the open buffet included. We all loved the additional service like massage. Turkish bath, sauna and the pool. Beach is beautiful. Staff is always willing to serve and accommodate. Will definitely return. Highly recommended for all ages.
