The room is quite satisfactory, the buffet is filling, and the parking space is free. The best thing is that there is a mud bath. I am tired after playing for a day, but it is still very comfortable to take a bath. If you go to Pamukkale, I recommend staying here

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο με το αυτοκίνητο μεγάλο Πάρκιν με ασφάλεια η υποδοχή του προσωπικού εξαιρετική πολλή χαμογελαστά πρόσωπα έτοιμα να σε βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε τους ρωτήσεις καθαρό δωμάτιο με θέα στο υπέροχο κήπο έχουν όλα ότι χρειάζεσαι,πολύ κοντά στο χωριό του Παμουκαλε που μπορείς να δεις όλα τα αξιοθέατα μόλις 10 λεπτά το πρωινό χορταστικό μεγάλο μπουφέ και το βραδινό επίσης.Εάν αποφασίσετε να επισκεφτείτε την περιοχή σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!! Pam Thermal Hotel το καλύτερο !!!

Şuan 4014 numaralı odadan yazıyorum buraya üç aile olarak geldik. Rezervasyon yaptırdık. Genel anlamdaki sıkıntılardan bahsetmek istiyorum. Otel yarım pansiyon olarak faaliyet göstermektedir. Sabah açık büfe ve akşam açık büfe şeklinde faaliyet göstermekte. Pam otel genel anlamda Türk ve yabancı misafirlere hizmet vermekte olsa dahi Yabancı müşterilere daha çok önem göstermektedirler. En basit örneği otele şikayet talebinde bulunmamıza rağmen Avusturya’dan gelen müşteri sauna içinde işedi ve uzak doğudan gelen misafir balgam çıkararak havuza üç kez tükürdü havuz kapalı haldeyken. Bunu otel yönetimine iletmemize rağmen herhangi bir aksiyon almayan otel yönetiminin üstüne avusturyalı müşteri bize küfür etti ve yine otel yönetimi müdahalede bulunmadı

I like the hot spring outdoor and indoor. But I just wonder why such big hotel did not provide toothbrush kit. This make me just give 4 stars instead of 5 stars. You can see hot air balloon from the hotel in the morning but far. Hot spring closed at 10pm. You must bring swimming cap.

Loved the mud bath and thermal pools, but wish they were open later! Friendly staff and a nice room. Overall great stay :)
