"Well-equipped, modern, and clean apartment with a wonderful living room. It has two couches, one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The view from both the living room and balcony is fantastic, overlooking Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. The location is just outside the center—peaceful and quiet—yet very convenient, with a supermarket around the corner offering freshly baked bread in the morning. Ski shoe heaters and Ski storage in the basement, for a perfect start of the day. The apartment Building 10 (10.3) was equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, that really saved the day! The only remark, it's a bit of a walk to the ski lifts, about 800 meters, therefore we will rent a heated locker next to the ski lift next time."

"We stayed in Lederer for a week over new year 2024, and were delighted with this hotel. The hotel feels brand new and I was surprised when the owners told me it is already 8 years old. It blends every modern convenience with real old world service. Breakfast is sublime, a super sauna centre on the top floor has great views, a friendly bar just inside the front door, and then the special touches. Like the ski lockers at the base of the mountain so no walking in ski boots. And free access to the amazing Tauren Spa which shouldn’t be missed. And super staff and service to top it all. Thank you Andreas and Sabine, we can’t wait to come back."

"We were looking for a hotel in the mountains that didn't have that typical alpine, kitschy charm, and we found it at ever.grün. The hotel has an appealing and clean design; our room was bright, spacious, and very clean with a balcony and seating. Excellent! The only thing that took some getting used to were the mattresses. In the dining rooms, we experienced a very relaxed atmosphere with exceptionally attentive and friendly staff. The extensive breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired during the generous breakfast hours. The evening buffet was superb and very varied, offering many options for customizing your meal. We particularly enjoyed the visually and culinarily outstanding selection of appetizers! Everything was absolutely delicious! Because we had a week of sunshine, we didn't use the spa area in the basement at all, but the rooftop pool offered wonderful opportunities to relax after a day of activities with a magnificent view! The additional parking fees seemed a bit high to us. The included summer and mobility card is a real bonus, and you probably don't even need a car for your stay in Kaprun! Great days!"
