"Hotel Victoriya has some clear advantages, but also disappointments. The staff is very friendly, the wellness area is beautiful, and the food was tasty. Our Junior Suite did not match the photos on the website. In reality, it was a spacious room with a seating area, but without extras such as a coffee maker or minibar/refrigerator, which you would expect with this room type. The website creates overly high expectations here. Upon arrival, the room was freezing cold and there were two thermostats without explanation, meaning it took hours for the room to reach the right temperature. The parking (€8/day) is clearly disproportionate for an unguarded outdoor car park and, given the location on the edge of the village, is clearly not worth it. The charging stations did not work for the entire stay, despite reporting this upon arrival. Conclusion: good service and facilities, but insufficient transparency and comfort for the price."
Tauern Spa Hotel & Therme
"A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful. There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip. The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table. They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good. The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note.."

"What a wonderful stay! The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is impeccably clean, and it's clear that every detail is well cared for. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed with a modern, stylish touch. Having been renovated less than a year ago, everything feels fresh, immaculate, and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The hotel is also located in a beautiful area with ample opportunity for mountain hikes, wonderful lakes and waterfalls. We would love to come back and stay one day and definitely highly recommend this hotel!"

"Perfect place to stay if you want to do activities by the mountains surrounding it. There's a great supermarket close by. Nice calm atmosphere. Everything in the rooms are completely functional and cozy, I like that it kind of feels like a cabin. My only complaint is the food, I don't recommend the the food at all as every baked good they had in the morning was always stale, I preferred to walk to the supermarket close by for breakfast instead. While the rooms are lovely I recommend bringing heavy Winter pyjamas even if you're going in Summer as the rooms are freezing at night, and the bed while extremely soft and comfortable is not warm enough."

"After a 2 hour drive from Salzburg, arrived at location and it was beyond expectations. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind. The room itself was large and beautiful. Gives a positive vibes. The view was amazing and sad that we only stayed one night. It is one that we would definitely return and stay at least 2 nights."

"We stayed in Lederer for a week over new year 2024, and were delighted with this hotel. The hotel feels brand new and I was surprised when the owners told me it is already 8 years old. It blends every modern convenience with real old world service. Breakfast is sublime, a super sauna centre on the top floor has great views, a friendly bar just inside the front door, and then the special touches. Like the ski lockers at the base of the mountain so no walking in ski boots. And free access to the amazing Tauren Spa which shouldn’t be missed. And super staff and service to top it all. Thank you Andreas and Sabine, we can’t wait to come back."

"The hotel is in a quiet location in the town center and the cable cars are within easy walking distance. The hotel is very modern and newly furnished. We had a 1-bedroom suite, which was very spacious. We will book the hotel again. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and highly recommended."
