"A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful. There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip. The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table. They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good. The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note.."

The room was beautiful, bright with a very generous terrace. The food was good, fresh and very well cooked. In terms of improvements, the following would be: 1. Lack of a cooler-fridge in the room 2. A temperature control system in the room!"

"They charged us 57,17Euro for nothing. We payed the accommodation fee and paid for anything we bought during our stay. But after we leave I saw they charged an extra fee of 57,17Euro from my bank account.. I asked them why, but so far I haven't received any response. Plus they say you get a Genuss kart as a gift, a value of 8.5 euros but they did not subtract this amount from our costs. I don't know, the place has everything that a hotel in it's quality range has to offer but you have to spend extra time to get these extra charges removed afterwards. This is very annoying and I am not sure If I can manage it at all. "

"Well-equipped, modern, and clean apartment with a wonderful living room. It has two couches, one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The view from both the living room and balcony is fantastic, overlooking Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. The location is just outside the center—peaceful and quiet—yet very convenient, with a supermarket around the corner offering freshly baked bread in the morning. Ski shoe heaters and Ski storage in the basement, for a perfect start of the day. The apartment Building 10 (10.3) was equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, that really saved the day! The only remark, it's a bit of a walk to the ski lifts, about 800 meters, therefore we will rent a heated locker next to the ski lift next time."
