Beautiful location on Kapalua bay with excellent rooms and views. Great service as well as pool and beach access. Wonderful spa. Great valet and bell service as well as use of kapalua shuttle and Escalades. Pool side service and food could be better.

We had an incredible stay at the Montage! The service is impeccable from the moment you arrive. The rooms are enormous and equipped with full kitchens and washers/dryers (plus all the soap you need). That was such a nice feature as we were traveling with a 3 year old. The housekeeping team is amazing, doing twice daily cleaning and always leaving us tons of clean towels. The concierge team expertly fielded my many requests, including helping with spa reservations, getting a rollaway bed in our room, and connecting us with an instructor for swim lessons for our daughter. The in room dining team could not have been nicer, and they always delivered food very quickly. We had two incredible dinners at Cane and Canoe (they just rolled out a new menu that was fantastic). The poolside drinks were delicious (but pricey), and the poolside staff were so friendly. The bay bordering the hotel has great snorkeling. The hotel also has a shuttle system where they give you rides in the Kapalua area in their Cadillac SUV, which was so convenient. I had an amazing massage. The only negative was the poolside lunch food was hit or miss. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had a wonder anniversary trip with my wife. The property was absolutely stunning and the accommodations were out of this world. With that being said the stand out part was the service. Everybody was extremely friendly and always smiling. Lief stood out and we were happy that he helped us out each day by the pool. He was always professional, attentive, and had us laughing from our first day up until our departure. We will be back every chance we get.

Absolutely 5 stars. This has been the most wonder places I’ve stayed, PERIOD! Cane and Canoe is a great place to dine and I have to admit that the drinks aren’t made for the weak! Strong pours and overall my stay wasn’t cheap but more than worth every penny spent.

We had a 1 BR suite for our family of 4 (2 adults and 11&12 yo boys) and it was gorgeous, spacious and super well appointed! It has a fully-stocked full size kitchen with top of the line appliances, a washer/dryer and 1.5 bathrooms. It was basically a fully functioning apartment with incredible service on a breathtakingly beautiful resort! All service was tops across the staff, dining, spa. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had an amazing time. Leif at the pool was incredible and so helpful. We can’t wait to return!

The trip began with a wonderful welcome from the valet and the manager. Beautiful property, attentive but not overbearing staff, excellent accommodations - we had a 3 BR condo with extensive outdoor space including grill, and superb kitchen. Beautiful pools and beach area, great walking trail. Enjoyed the spa, fitness center, and played twice at Kapalua Plantation. Ideal for relaxation, active and leisure pursuits. Recommend it highly. All 4 young adult kids and my wife and I loved it immensely.

Wonderful hotel. Hotel grounds are impeccable and staff was very welcoming of our family. Everywhere we went they knew our name and the names of our girls. Paintbox is a must with kids and we will plan to do that again next trip. Montage Merits is something so simple, yet makes the kids excited for the next day. The room size and amenities are second to none on the island, the view is incredible. Access to the beaches around Kapalua is great and better than the Ritz or surrounding condos. Needless to say we will keep coming back as long as the quality stays where it is. Mahalo!!!
