They helped me out a lot with everything. They had a problem and upgrade my room for one night for free, even carry my huge backpack! The only thing was that one of the other roomies was farting all night

The toilet, shower room and washbasin are all on the small side. There is only a locker for a wallet and a slightly larger locker next to the counter.
