Hampton Inn by Hilton Kansas City Southeast

The hotel itself was nice but the housekeeping staff charged me money to vacuum up my kids birthday confetti which was completely ridiculous and uncalled for so if you plan on having a birthday party and decorating don't go to that hotel or you will get charged for the housekeeping to clean up your mess when they're already vacuuming and cleaning up after you anyways. I do not recommend this location if you plan to have any type of celebration!

May I just start with when we got our room it smelled like a new house . you know that new smell. everything was clean and crisp and white. usually when you go to a hotel room there's like one or two maybe crappy pillows oh there was four fluffy pillows on each bed- the pool was great -the employees were outstanding *especially Michael* he treated us like we were a guest in his home if I had to recommend any hotel to anybody in Missouri I would definitely recommend this one I don't leave a lot of reviews but this one I felt the need thank you Hampton inn we had a great night!

Do not stay at this hotel. I literally mis-clicked the date because they chose to have a random date as their first available. Even though the current date was also available. Once I had the incorrect reservation they refused to refund me for any reason. They are extremely rude. I made the reservation through their own Hilton website not a third party. They still refused to refund me. I won’t ever stay at a Hilton again. Don’t let them trap you with their tactics.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The hotel was clean and kept clean. The staff that I interacted with (Nicole, Fabi, Patrick and Tasha) were nice, pleasant and willing to do what it took to make my visit a pleasure. The breakfast was great and Nicole kept the area clean and supplied. The workout equipment was up-to-date and clean. They have a Peleton bike and the treadmill, elliptical and bike are equipped with a tv screen that actually works. They have free weights, the all-in-one machine and medicine balls. The room has a wonderful shower and a big television. I will definitely choose them for my next stay in the area!

Had a great stay here while in town to catch a Royals game. Very close to downtown, Westport and stadiums. Right off highway, easy on and off. Room was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the stay. Felt like a newer property, everything was clean and house keeping was really friendly when we saw them in the hall and asked for an extra towel. Lobby was clean and well set up with plenty space for working or breakfast. Plenty of well lit parking as well. Loved this place and highly recommend!
