I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Food at the hotel restaurant was a treat to the palate. Would stay there again. It was close to public transportation, we did not need our vehicle to go to nearby attractions!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredible, perfect location and a very unique boutique style hotel! The attention to details was amazing. Their hotel bar/ restaurant was absolutely fantastic as well! We had the pleasure of eating dinner and breakfast and loved it.

Pre paid 1 night with ******* Proved that to front desk but they stubbornly said they would charge me for all 4 nights Told them to charge me for 3 nights and “work it out” with Expedia…….that would be reasonable customer service Refused. Told me to deal with it Ridiculous and terrible terrible service Won’t be back or recommend to others

Awesome place. Beautiful stay every year. The customer service is amazing-especially Andrew at the front desk. Thank you! Great vibe. Can’t wait to come back. When I traveled alone I felt very comfortable. Love the location in the heart of it all.

Fantastic hotel! Super nice people, rooms are clean and modern. The gym is well taken care of care of and clean. Downtown noise is minimal. Additionally, the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is just the right amount of space. You won’t be disappointed.

The hotel was great!! It was very clean, updated, and close enough to walk to the power and light district. Beware of the parking garage right next to the hotel that cost $18 to park though. Our catalytic converter was cut and stolen straight off our car. It seems to be a recurring crime in KC right now!!

We recently stayed at this hotel and do not have anything negative to say. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lounge area was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had come from out of state to see a concert and was so glad we stayed at the Indigo. Close to everything, walking distance to the WWI Museum and venue. Breakfast was also excellent! Highly recommend!
