My stay with Downtown was superb, fantastic. Staff is very cooperative. Ambience, room cleanliness, is mind blowing. It is situated at the prime location in the city. Food at Pebbles was mouth watering. I personally appreciate Mr. Hussain for his great hospitality. I will love to visit here again n again. And highly recommend it to everyone

Pleasent and comfortable stay. Stay very accommodating and helpful. Food and breakfast service best in the area. Special thanks to Kratika for all the help and big shout to Sammeer who helped us with our luggage. Overall, a good stay in Kanpur in that area

Excellent staff found cooperative & professional Receptionist helped when I forget my key card inside the room she immediately send the boy with master key to open the room no 104 on 19-12-24 Thanks to that young Professional Lady Definitely stay in your hotel when I will come to Kanpur Thanks 🙏

Wonderful staff, who are very cooperative, supportive and helpful . A special thanks to Mr KS Singh for his magnanimous support. Pebbles the rooftop restaurant is a lovely place to dine, great ambience and view. Highly recommend this place. Will keep coming back.

It was a very nice stay in kanpur. It was one of the best hotels i can say. Food is very delicious, spacious rooms, luxury stay. Overall is will rate 9/10
