Like every time, The Landmark Towers doesn’t fail to surprise. Right from the late check-in, which was seamless despite being late at night where, after a long day we just wanted to crash and the reception staff ensured we weren’t held up long for the formalities, followed by our breakfast, where our breakfast host Laxman ensured our dietary requirements were met with a smiling face and not to forget about the sumptuous taste. Special mention to the bakery section of the buffet. Landmark is the destination of choice and would definitely recommend to the fellow travellers visiting Kanpur for a “home away from home” experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown area full of attractions and happenings. It’s comfortable and has one of the best breakfast spread I ever had. Karan was courteous polite and served us at his best. All the best to him. Highly recommended in Kanpur.

A very Professional business Hotel in Kanpur . Centrally located , Neat and clean , The Staff is very courteous and knows the their stuff well which reflects the team is being managed well. Would have preferred to stay in lucknow after the business meeting . , with Landmark my preference looks like going to change . Thanks and Keep it up

Had an amazing time over dinner at waterside restraunt. Kartik was kind enough to host us this evening. He is a wonderful host, kind, courteous and very attentive. Thanks Kartik for hosting us this evening. By far the best hotel in kanpur !!!!

A prime property located in the heart of kanpur. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed mini bar. With an additional bed requested there was still a lot of space to move around. Check in and out were smooth. The swimming pool was beautiful and the changing rooms clean and hygenic. Steam bath was good. Breakfast spread was good but the food quality left a lot to be desired. We did not order room service.

Lot of noise, from other guests in the adjoining rooms, could not have proper sleep, being a 5star hotel decorum should be maintained.

The experience was not up to my mark. The room ac was not working properly. The room service was pathetic. The location was horrible. And, they called me to say after my check out that i have stolen certain things from the room in which i have stayed. They think i am a thief.
