Room was ok type. According to what i paid. Bath towels were not good. Bad quality of towels. Room was not properly renovatex.

The premise was clean and staff was friendly. Prompt call was made ahead of checking in to find out the time of arrival. Check in was done in a matter of minutes. Good was fresh and made to order. Great experience over all.

My wife and I had stayed at MR for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience then. Food was excellent, staff service excellent, room ambience good and location just ideal for guests like us who had several visits and chores to attend to in and out of Kannur. Wish you all the best.

The room allotted was not good, the room. No. 217 has access to the drain pipes where the passage of water through the pipe is heard always. The toilet seat was not cleaned properly. The room's small window cannot be locked. Plates will not be provided, food should be ordered in the hotel. When ordered for tea, they said that after 7. 30 am it will be available.
