They charged 500. Rupees for early entry, we checked in 10:30. Because they said booking wiil be charged for realy check in. very old property

Hotel rooms have a beautiful view of the sea with a sea facing balcony which is the major positive. Double rooms are spacious enough for 2 adults and a kid. However, rooms are not well maintained and many of the air conditioners are not working properly and are taking a lot of time to cool. Rooms with air conditioners have not been provided with a ceiling fan except a small table fan in a few rooms. This makes the stay miserable for the guests who are allotted rooms with malfunctioning acs. Hence, urgent action is required on the maintenance front. There is no lift available. A family lawn restaurant offering a scenic view of the sea is under construction and would be worth visiting once completed.

It's dirty, toilets are stinking, cockroaches are moving around, staffs are ok but they are helpless as the hotel. The food is worse. I suggest please avoid this hotel

Rooms were in a pretty bad state of keep. Faulty plug points, no hot water, door knob loose, tv not working, ac regulator damaged and very ill maintained overall

An old but well maintained property is located on the beach side. Overall a very good stay. The hotel attached to it can be a bit more hygienic.

It was a terrible experience. Once we reached, our rooms were not even ready even after completing the payment in advance. Finally they arranged the rooms which were not cleaned at all, it seems. Bathrooms were absolutely horrible, there was no proper drainage system and were not cleaned in weeks, i guess. We booked for the deluxe room but there was no drinking water, air conditioners were not working and no cable tv connections, and the towels were not neat. The beds were highly uncomfortable and not even cleaned properly. It was a very bad stay.
