Amaging location in the mountians of dhuladhar rooms are clean and good hospatility provided for us staff is very coprative and helpful mr abhishek sharma is very helpful person and food was amzing mr raman chef provided us a very teasty food ...i was a great memory .

Katson Castle Naddi in McLeod Ganj is a delightful hotel with exceptional service. While there were minor hiccups with the hot water, they were resolved quickly—understandable given the hill location’s limited water supply. The staff made our stay seamless: Kanchan Devi and Sumitra ensured a smooth check-in process, Atul was prompt with housekeeping needs, and Ajay was ever-ready to assist at the restaurant. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming hill stay!

The room we stayed in was good and very comfortable. The staff here are very friendly and received us with a smile. Mr Atul and Mr Nabu is very efficient and very helpful. I loved my stay here and would recommend everyone to come and stay at Katson Castle.

Katson Castle - booking for 2 nights for 2 rooms - AVOID! SHOULD BE DELISTED AND FSSAI NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION! Rooms were not ready even at 2:45 PM, then they gave one room AC and one non-AC, one with valley view and one with mountain view at around 3 PM. Finally sorted out rooms after arguments with staff at around 9 PM. They finally gave me their so called suit room (but see the view outside of the suite room door). In between, Manager Mr. MANISH THAKUR offered complimentary coffee due to all these problems but it was the worst thing to do. Coffee was served with cockroaches in it (I, a vegetarian person, had already had half cup of coffee, by the time I noticed it!) Wanted to reach out room service. But phone was dead, AC outlet water was dripping continuously. On second day, today, there is no water in the so called SUITE room's bathroom since 3+ hrs now (writing this while I wait for water). Claimed to be 4 star hotel, actually should be stripped off of all operating licenses including FSSAI.

Enjoyed our stay at Katsons Castle. Location is great! Hotel was well built and rooms were clean. Neetu and Kajal were extremely caring and helpful. Priced on the higher end comparatively but I enjoyed my stay after a hectic travel. Definitely be back!

I recently went on a family trip, and it turned out to be one of the best stays I've had. I booked two rooms—one with a mountain view and the other with a valley view. Both rooms offered stunning vistas. The rooms were spacious and impeccably maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. The prime location and breathtaking views from the rooms were definitely the highlights of this hotel.
