房間比較大，很衞生，地暖也很暖和，就是清潔還有待提高，老闆還是多熱情的，我們住的靠近路的房間，關了窗子也不是很吵。

房間寬敞，酒店較新。早餐比較一般，沒有什麼吃的，就是粥 饅頭鹹菜和雞蛋之類的。位置在路邊上，附近有很多餐廳，吃飯有很多選擇

如果有負分，我一定填負。走遍國內外那麼多地方，高爾山是我住過最刷新三觀的酒店。返程果斷堅決訂別家。此生永恆黑名單。
設施：位置好找，出門就上高速，有地下停車場，這個是僅有的加分項。
衞生：不行👋🏻辦理入住的時候聽到有一個阿姨在投訴枕頭上有別人的毛髮。前台小姐姐還在抱怨我們衹有一家洗床單的機構，有時候是洗不乾淨的，但是確實是看着人換了的新床單？？所以？？讓住客忍一忍？
設施：訂的豪華大床房，入住前打電話給我説不知為何我訂的價格那麼便宜，讓我不改變價格住標間？理由是有人訂了豪間後台沒關閉，所以我那間沒了，讓我降去標間。當時在開車，也沒計較那麼多就答應了。首先平台明碼標價，多少錢是你們訂的，我覺得ok才雙方契訂合約。還有店家在顧客入住前不到幾小時反悔？其次告訴我沒有豪間瞭然後平台後台掛了豪間有房一晚？
環境：水不夠熱，🈚️冷氣暖氣，空調有按鍵🈚️設備？很是新奇。🈚️wifi天寒地凍不要想睡也不要想玩手機。適合打坐。早餐走的艱苦風，不如不要包。饅頭雞蛋幹吞。噎不住你算你厲害？
服務：差到極致。剛入住開始洗漱，服務員就開始狂敲門，也不知她幹嘛？好在晚上沒睡好，第二天很早就醒了，人躺床上服務員刷卡開門一次？？進來看我在幹嘛？想熱心幫我整理行李？無語一次。。吃早餐前把留了心把貴重物品鎖起來了。因為早餐難吃，不到5分鐘就回來了。剛進門，服務員又開始刷門進來？再次確認我到底是不是還在房內？想幫我驗資嗎？那麼熱心？？？？？人在房裡第三者刷門兩次，真的震驚。發生什麼意外真的扯不清楚。建議大家不要趟這趟渾水。受不住囖。
