The Docks on Goodwin

Stayed for 5 nights. What a great location! I walked to Felons, Southbank, the CBD. The apartment was clean, well appointed. I shared a bedroom apartment with my Dad and it was roomy enough we didn't get in each other's way. Will definitely stay again

Had a function at the Storey Bridge Hotel, therefore, very convenient staying at Docks on Goodwin. Rooms are very nice, with good lighting in the bathroom and great shower. Well stocked for longer stay, however, we only did 2 nights. Only few hundred metres to the river, so lovely for a walk and lots of nearby eateries. Parking and security is good, lovely leafy area with great views on the higher floors. Would definately recommend.

Pool and spar area was lovely  Rooms were spacious and clean  Perfect location and parking for bigger cars was perfect

Great location, apartment was lovely and spacious and staff were very helpful with arrival and attended issue with shower quickly . Would definitely stay again

Basically a small apartment, a bit tricky if you arrive outside opening hours to get the key. Good position.

Apartment was nice with a view of the river. Not much pantry space, found a cupboard in the small sitting room, I presume was a second bedroom at some stage. Couldn’t understand why this was another sitting area with no view.. felt like reorganising the kitchen, cups, saucers, small plates and glasses in drawers under bench, then you’d have room for small grocery items in narrow cupboard. Needs drawers in bedroom, just a wardrobe insert plus more hangers. Pleasant surprise to get a service mid trip as only there for 9 days. The river cat is further than we thought, it’s 2000 steps there and back. The city hopper river service has been stopped and you have to get the kitty cat to Sydney Street for wherever you want to go. Found hills behind apartment were a challenge The pool is nice, but perhaps when families with children book in the rules of pool use are reiterated.

Overall building was clean, spacious room, parking garage was a plus, great amenities. Location was excellent

Sheets weren’t clean, room was dusty and the shower wasn’t not cleaned after the last people who stayed there. Staff were fine.
