Basically a small apartment, a bit tricky if you arrive outside opening hours to get the key. Good position.

Great location, apartment was lovely and spacious and staff were very helpful with arrival and attended issue with shower quickly . Would definitely stay again

Never ever again the ladies that are in the office are so rude, they look down on you if you need something I couldn't work out the car park asked where the room with these lovely photos on line are And charged me for toilet paper what's that!! The washing machine didn't work and no one could fix it till Monday so waited 2 days They told my daughter to stop running in a rude way And the tv didn't work in the bedroom what a rip off there I don't recommend at all

Tower 2 top floor executive apartment 140 to be avoided. Stayed 17days, The Docks location Kangaroo Pt best in Brisbane, convenient, close to great restaurants & bars, 5min walk to river ferries, onsite parking, apt building and mgmt excellent but apt 140 not value. Smelly & dusty carpet, curtains, needs deep clean, kitchen appliances low quality and unclean, sofa really bad and Q bed mattress soft and wobbly

Very comfortable accommodation in a location that suited me for this particular visit to Brisbane. Other side of river to Brisbane CBD, but easily accessible by ferry or uber. Nearby to river and a couple of local restaurants

My wife and I stayed five nights in October. What a lovely establishment with undercover and secure parking in a great location in Kangaroo Point. We had a single bedroom apartment (with kitchen) in Tower 2. The apartment was quite spacious and very well appointed. Two 4-seat tables (one out on the patio overlooking the river), two sofas and a small desk and chair, plenty of room for a laptop. The rooms were very clean and bright especially the bathroom which was spotless (one of my little idiosyncrasies). As for the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay there again next time we are in Brisbane.

If you like being lectured, condescended to, and told off by school ma'am types, then this is the place for you! The most unwelcoming experience I've ever had. Can't handle official digital ID. Too dumb to understand it's accepted everywhere else, but they seem to think they're special. Too stupid and argumentative to accept that my wife's physical credit card would suffice for bond security. That's ten minutes of my life I won't be getting back. Also, they charge for toilet paper. The apartments themselves were fine, clean and spacious. Nice pool. But it comes at an unpleasant cost. 1-star is too high for their service.

Stayed here 3 nights, while attending cricket at The Gabba. Excellent location, handy to good pub, cafes and restaurants. Easy to catch ferry over to city. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our group. Although the place was a little tired, it was Spacious, comfortable and clean . Had a good deck for drinks/meal. Easy access in and out of this big complex. Would stay here again.

We stayed twice in one week. We visited the Sunshine Coast between our stays. Our first studio was on level 7 in Tower 2. This room was wonderful. A huge king size bed and very modern appliances. Our second room was on level 3 in Tower 1. This room is a bit dated. A queen size bed, which was comfortable and cloth lounge that was not so comfortable. The shower is so tiny I kept turning off the water with my back. The washer and dryer are very dated but work fine. I am short and couldn’t reach the filter in the dryer to clean it. The TV is complicated and the hair dryer didn’t work. A staff member came to the room to show us how to work the TV, which was very helpful. The GPS directions send you to the car park, which is confusing because reception is in another street. This really confused our food delivery service, so if ordering food or a lift tell them to follow the reception signage or meet them in the driveway. The complimentary tea if from a company called Espresso. Double check the labels, it is tea, not coffee.
