The hotel group is small but has boutique hotels across Sri Lanka. This w15 is located near kandy. There is a shooting club next to it and tatata gunshots can be heard during the day. The hotel itself is not big, with one house and one main building. As for the scenery, looking at the mountains, it feels a bit like Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good. In terms of activities, you can choose hiking, cycling, tennis or taking a jeep to climb high.
Special attention should be paid to the fact that the hotel channels have different prices, so carefully compare the prices.

There are many management problems in this hotel: (1) Discrimination against Chinese guests. We paid the full amount in August to book a room for New Year's Day. No refunds were allowed, and changes were not supported. However, two days before check-in, they suddenly told us that there was no room available, and we were kicked out. Arrange to go to the King Pavilion half an hour away; (2) Have no sense of time, require eating at 11:30, ordering food in the morning, and eating at 12 o'clock;
The hotel environment is very good, with free drinks and all-inclusive meals, but the service is too poor.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful calmful place. The hotel was stylish, the athmosphere "wow" and super. The manager and the whole team was very much interested, committed, friendly and courteous and helpful in all situations. All the menues were delicious. We enjoyed the garden and the nice view. We would come back at any time und can recommend it.

It was an amazing stay we had at W15 Hanthana with an unforgettable service and support rendered by Mr. Siddath ( The GM ). He made Sure his team fulfilled all our stay wishes with an extraordinary way and it was way more than what we expected. A very good place with a beautiful view and the most wonderful service given to us by Sheriff and Prabod who made us feel like home. Their service was excellent and we would definitely come again. The food was extremely good and fresh and all amenities were well provided

My wife and I spent our first night at W15 Hanthana, and it was the perfect start to our journey. Nestled in Sri Lanka's scenic hill country, the location offered a peaceful, secluded ambiance with beautiful views of tea plantations and mountains. Our room was elegant and cozy, with large windows showcasing the stunning landscape, and the first evening rain added an incredible, serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even arranging a surprise for our stay. Dining in the restaurant with fresh, local ingredients and a view of the hills made for an unforgettable experience. It's an ideal place for a romantic, relaxing getaway!

Me and my best friend attended this bungalow / hotel for the first 3 nights of our stay. The staff were amazing. So so friendly and just wanted what was best for you. Had your best interests at heart. We had a 4am taxi ready for our day trip and one of the members of staff woke up and came and made us a takeaway breakfast and bottled water so we were set up for our day. Made us a cup of tea at 3:45am. Nothing is too much for them. Our 3 main members of staff that served us and looked after us were Hastha, Manjula and Navod. There were other staff but I didn’t get their names. This hotel is beautiful right at the top of the mountain. They only want what is best for you and look after you like you are royalty. Thankyou and god bless you you are all amazing. I’d recommend this to anybody. Beautiful scenes , a beautiful scene and swimming pool. Beautiful clean room.

W15 Hanthana’s views and colonial feel are superb but what really elevates the experience is the attentive, warm and authentic service of the onsite team. From the wildlife expert, to waiters and the chef and his team, my family had a very memorable, relaxing stay.
